happened.
I do own Darren. He's mine. kay? kay. "The search for the missing vocalist of the new and up and coming band My Chemical Romance is still under way..." He did not have time to watch the news. This kid was going to kid sick, real sick, if he did not warm him up. Setting the boy on his bed, he practically ran to the closet and grabbed all the extra blankets he kept for his friends. He set them next to the bed and looked down at the kid. His lips where slightly blue and his shoulder-length black hair was all over. "Now's not the time!" a voice screeched in the back of his mind. He quickly slipped the boys soaked shirt and pants off before throwing the blankets over him. He went to the thermostat and cranked it up. Fuck the bills. He walked to the bed and watched the kid. His shivering began to slow and his breaths stopped being gasps and slowly started to even out. Good. He saved him. He suddenly realized how cold he was. Looking down, he saw why. His clothes were also soaked and his messy crimson-red dyed hair was in his face. Even the piercing on his lip was freezing. While he was in the bathroom, changing, he replayed that night's event carefully. He had been on his way home from work. It was nearly fifteen degrees out and, on top of that, it was raining. The roads where slick and he was going by slowly. "Dammit fuck shit." He whispered at the slow pace he was moving. It was almost eleven and he had a paper to finish for college tomorrow. He looked at he clock once, twice, and again before saying another string of swears. Today had not been the best of days. It started in the morning with an unexpected call. He woke up and picked up the phone, only to hear three words that he had never hoped to hear again. "It is over." The voice on the other line said before hanging up. Through his half-sleep and hangover state he recognized the voice. His boyfriend of two years had finally broken it off. He did not know how to react. So he sat for five minutes with the phone to his ear before hanging it up. After doing so, he buried his face into his pillow and cried. He was snapped out of his thoughts by a figure bolting in front of his car. He pressed down on the breaks and was suddenly grateful that he was going only fifteen miles per hour. He stepped out of the car and was assaulted by the cold air. Fuck it was cold. "Hey! You okay?" He called. The boy looked at him, then looked down the road before taking off, running in the same direction he had been. Hesitating, his thoughts wandered to getting back into the car. He could just drive off and pretend this never happened. But the sound of water hitting water changed his mind. "Fuck!" He cried, taking off after the kid, not even bothering to shut his door. There was a large pond in that direction, with a walking path around it. And only two kinds of people would even think about going there when it was this nasty out. One was a completely insane person, and the other was someone who was very intent on something. Oh God. Do not let this kid kill himself. He quickly made it to the pond and looked around. The kid was standing on one of the bridges spanning over the deeper parts. Making his way towards it, he saw the kid start to get up on the railing. "Oh God..." He whispered making the sharp turn and almost falling while getting on the bridge. He heard the kid was singing a soft song under his breath. "So long...and good night..." He whispered while standing straight up and looking down. "Wait!" He yelled, grabbing the boy and pulling him off the railing. He used his body as a cushion as they both fell hard to the ground. The boy began to sob into his chest and clutching at his shoulder. He was whispering something in between the sobs that sounded something like "I'm sorry", but he did not care. He clutched the boy and let him cry, before standing and carrying him to his car to take him home. He walked out of the bathroom and was surprised to see the kid sitting up, holding the blankets around him and starring at him with cold, restless and questioning eyes. "You okay?" He asked, walking towards him. The kid nodded and smiled softly. "Thank you... I..." He choked slightly and coughed into the blanket. "You want some coffee or tea...?" He asked, stepping closer. The boy shook his head no and tilted his head. He knew what was coming next. "Why?" He winced at the question. "Because..." He faltered. How would he explain it? "...I've been there before." Was all he could say? The kid's eyes expressed his understanding and he nodded solemnly. "What's your name, kid?" He asked, pulling a chair over and sitting in it. Smiling he replied, "You can call me Gee." "Gee...? Hm. To each his own. My name's Darren. It's nice to meet you," He said, smiling and reaching his hand out. Gee took it and shook it. "Nice to meet you." He said, smiling. Darren looked down at his hand and Gee let go, blushing slightly. "Sorry... warm..." Darren chuckled. "Not surprised. It's freezing out." He said. Gee giggled softly and hugged the blankets comfortably. "So, mind telling me why you where out in the rain at eleven o'clock at night...?" Gee frowned slightly. "I ran away." He whispered, his eyes full of sorrow. Darren watched him silently. Looking at his beautiful sad angel face. His eyes looked blue, but he guessed they where hazel or blue-green. Part of his brain screamed at him, telling him to take the kid to the police station. The other part of his brain said no. It said that he was running from something and he did not know what it was. He could be running away from death for all he knew. The other part of his mind retaliated, saying that this kid could be dangerous. Seep into his neck like venom and kill him. The kid seemed to know what he was thinking and looked at him with pleading eyes. Oh God. He had seen those eyes before. He could never turn them down. "Well..." He said, scratching the back of his head. He looked at the kid with his warm green eyes and smiled softly. "I suppose you can stay for a while." Either way. He lived for danger. When Mikey opened the door he saw exactly what he was dreading, Gerard and Helena were lying on the floor covered in blood. Harold noticed Mikey and took off running scared that Mikey had brought the police with him. Mikey didn't bother to follow him instead he fumbled his hands over his body trying to find his phone. "Fuck! Where is it? I should have called the police from the beginning. God I'm so stupid." Just as he was thinking that he remembered that he left it in his car. He hesitated and glanced over at Gerard and Helena and knew it was more important to get the phone and call an ambulance. He ran through the same door almost knocking it down. He sped through the church and out the doors until he reached the car. He looked around franticly until he found the phone and dialled 911. He talked to the operator while pacing back and forth for about two minutes and told her everything that happened between sobs. She tried her best to calm him down but all she succeeded in doing was getting him frustrated and more upset. He could hear the sirens far away. The ambulance had gotten there faster than he expected them to. He waited there for them and told them where Helena and Gerard were. He didn't dare got back there with them instead he waited patiently in the front, hoping that they would bring both Helena and Gerard alive. About five minutes passed, until finally the paramedics came running with Helena on a stretcher putting her into the ambulance and immediately poking her with some needles. Mikey then heard another ambulance coming followed by the police. Having seen Helena gave Mikey a spark of hope that Gerard was still alive until he saw more paramedics come out from the side of the church pulling a stretcher with a body bag on top of it. He immediately knew that it was Gerard and that he was gone. He could feel tears streaming down his face, his brother, his best friend was gone. A paramedic walked to his side and asked him if he wanted to go with Helena to the hospital. Mikey looked at the paramedic as if he were from a different planet and just nodded his head. The paramedic took Mikey by the arm and led him to the ambulance and they immediately sped off. On the ride to the hospital all Mikey could do is hold Helena's hand although he didn't know why, she was unconscious, but it made Mikey feel better it was his way of letting her know that he was there. The whole ride he cried and prayed for Helena and most of all Gerard he didn't know how he would be able to tell his mother or his father or anyone. Three months passed by they held a small funeral for Gerard. Helena wasn't able to go she was still in the hospital at the time. And she really didn't want to. Mikey's parents were heartbroken, but his mom took it the hardest she would lock herself in her room for days on end. She wouldn't eat or sleep, but she would occasionally ask about Helena. Helena was just as heartbroken as his mother. She wouldn't eat or talk and she would have nightmares about Gerard and that horrible day. *Hospital* "Hey Lena, how do you feel?" Mikey asked regretting it immediately. He knew that it wasn't a very good question to ask. Helena looked up at him with tear filled eyes. "Oh Mikey, I miss him so much." Mikey didn't know what to tell her, he felt exactly the same way as she did. He sat beside her and put his arm around her shoulder and asked. "Are you ready to go home?" "Not if Gerard isn't there." Helena said looking down at the ground. Lifting her head slowly she turned to look at him, their faces inches away "Thank you Mikey, thank you so much for taking care of me" she gave him a weak smile and leaned in and gave him a kiss on the cheek. He blushed and immediately took her hand in his and said "Let's go." They held hands in silence while walking through the halls of the hospital. When they got to the car Mikey opened the door for her and gently helped her in. "She looks so fragile, fragile but beautiful." He thought as he drove home glancing at her every once and a while. She glared out the window in silence occasionally letting a tear shed. Mikey pulled the car up Helena's drive way and looked over at her. "Are you sure you want to stay here you know you have a place to stay with us." (Meaning his parents house) "No it'll be ok either way both houses remind me of him." Mikey hesitantly nodded and stepped out of the car. It killed him to see his family falling apart and what killed him most was that the two women that he loved the most were suffering so much. Helena tried to step out of the car without Mikey's help but it was in vain, her back still hurt too much. She hated the fact that she felt so broken both physically and mentally. He helped her out of the car and into the house. She stopped in the middle of the living room and closed her eyes. "I love you Gerard" she said in a very low whisper hoping Mikey wouldn't hear but he heard her. "C'mon" he said as he took her hand and led her to her bedroom. "You need to rest" Helena didn't resist she felt very tired. She was taking pain killers that made her feel drowsy and tired most of the day. When they walked in the room the first thing Helena did was walk to the closet and took out Gerard's favourite leather jacket. She held it with both hands and lifted it to her face inhaling deeply. "It still smell's like him" she said as she began to cry. Mikey watched her the entire time and it hurt him so much that she was hurting but he didn't know what to say or what to do. She slipped the jacket on. Mikey giggled at the fact that she looked so small in the big jacket. She knew right away why he was laughing and couldn't help but smile. She walked to the bed and sat down next to him. "Will you stay with me Mikey?" she asked. "Of course I will" he said and smiled but she didn't smile back. They laid down facing each other with only a couple of inches between them. "Mikey?" "Yeah Lena?" "...I'm glad I got to say goodbye to him" her words hurt him. He knew that she didn't mean to make him feel bad, but he regretted not going back there and seeing if Gerard was alright. He could have at least said goodbye to his brother. She interrupted his thoughts by saying " Mikey I can't live without him, I don't want to live anymore." "Shh, Helena it'll be ok." "Mikey I'm not ok!" she began to cry and buried her face in her pillow. Mikey grabbed her and held her in his arms and in return she wrapped her arms around his waist and cried into his chest. Between sobs she said "If I died we'd be together" Mikey grabbed her face and made her look at him "Helena don't talk that way. I lost Gerard and I refuse to lose you too!" she escaped his grasp and buried her face in his chest again. "But he's never coming home Mikey! He's never coming home!" *one month later* Helena stared up at the giant decaying church. It looked like nothing ever happened there. She explored the inside of the church and wondered which room was the one that Harold had held her captive in. The police never caught him, and she had gotten into many arguments with them about that. She finally got to the door that led to the back of the church. She lightly pushed on it and it gave in easily since Mikey broke the door when he stormed through it. She sighed at the sight of the place where her beloved Gerard died. She walked over to the exact place where they both laid that dreadful day. There were still stains on the dirt floor where she and Gerard had bled. She kneeled down and touched the stain and wondered whether it was her blood or Gerard's. "Oh Gerard....I need you. I feel so empty without you....I miss you." She whispered into the lonely desert air. Just then a strong gust of wind caught her off guard making her shiver although it wasn't cold. She jumped up to her feet quickly and looked around frantically, "Gerard?... Gerard? ...oh Gerard!" she began to weep. She could have sworn she heard his voice calling to her. After a few minutes of weeping she calmed herself down and whispered to herself "It's just my imagination...he's dead....he's dead." She couldn't stand being there anymore, she needed to leave. She needed to get away from that awful place. She ran to her car and sped off not caring where she ended up. *Hell* "So how did you die?" "I don't want to talk about it" Gerard said with anger in his voice. "Well then...what did you do to be here?" "I told you I don't want to talk about it" "Man, I've seen you here for like four months already and I haven't seen you talk to one single person. What's your deal?" "I don't have a deal" Gerard said annoyed. "Man it'll be easier to deal with this hell hole..." he chuckled at his little comment and continued "literally "hell hole" if you have at least one friend." "I don't want a friend, I want to live again" the man laughed hysterically at Gerard's comment. "Well don't we all" Gerard shot him an evil look. "Chill out man I'm just trying to be your friend." His comment made Gerard explode, "Stop calling me man, that's not my name!" "Well then what is it?" Gerard looked at the man hesitantly and said "Gerard." "Ha-ha why the hell would your parents want to call you that?!?!" Gerard sighed in frustration. "Alright, alright I'm just kidding, by the way my name is Valo." Gerard looked up at the man and sighed again. "Nice to meet you" Gerard said under his breath. "So Gerard there's a rumour that Draven has taken a liking to you." Gerard looked at him confused. "Draven?" "Yeah Draven or like most people like to call him "the devil"We heard that he has special plans for you." "Special plans? What kind of special plans?" "Well first of all is it true that you died for your girlfriend?" "She was my wife. Yes why?" "Well let's just say that Draven is a hopeless romantic and will use that to his advantage" Gerard was totally confused. "I don't understand" "Well what Valo here is trying to tell you is that I have a proposal for you." Both Gerard and Valo turned around to see a thin man in a red and black suit sitting atop a big boulder, smiling. Valo immediately lowered his head and the man waved his hand signaling for Valo to leave. Valo turned around slowly and gave Gerard a quick wink before leaving. Gerard directed his attention toward the man again. "I assume your Draven" Gerard said with absolutely no emotion in his voice. "You assume correctly" the thin man responded. "Well?" Gerard asked expecting the man to answer but instead the man pointed and exactly where he pointed there appeared a large screen. The man stood up and walked towards a projector that appeared out of no where. Gerard kept his eyes locked on Draven and with out saying a word Draven turned on the projector. Gerard turned and saw his beloved Helena on the screen. She was bending down looking at something. Gerard approached the screen, "Her eyes...are...empty" Gerard thought just as Helena said "Oh Gerard....I need you. I feel so empty without you....I miss you." Gerard yelled out to her, but just as he did the screen went black. Gerard kept his gaze on the screen. Tears had begun to form in his eyes and he didn't want Draven to see. "I have a proposal for you Gerard" Gerard didn't turn to look at Draven but asked "What is it?" "What if I said I could reunite you with Helena? That you would be a living breathing person once again." Gerard heart began to race he was becoming excited, "I would do anything you asked me to. Just tell me what I have to do?" he said as he quickly turned around to face Draven, not caring if he saw him cry anymore. A twisted smile spread across Draven's face, he approached Gerard and placed a hand on his cheek. Draven stood there caressing Gerard's cheek for a while, Gerard didn't dare push him away although he was VERY tempted to do so. "You're a beautiful man Gerard I should just keep you here for myself. You could keep me company." Draven said while still caressing Gerard's face. Draven leaned in to give Gerard a kiss but he felt Gerard go stiff. "Don't swing that way huh? What a shame" Draven said while still smiling. Draven turned and put his back to Gerard but continued speaking. "I saw you kill that man the day you were killed and I have to say I enjoyed watching you do it." Gerard grunted in disgust but kept on listening. "If you bring me the souls of one thousand evil men I will help you reunite with your...beloved Helena." "How do I know you will keep your word?" Draven turned to look at Gerard. "Mr. Way I'm a man of my word. Plus what do you have to lose?" Gerard stayed silent for a while thinking "Alright I'll do it" when Draven heard this he began waltzing around in pleasure. "You've just made my day Mr. Way" he chuckled and threw a gun at Gerard "If this is what you want then fire at will!" Draven said while making a gun gesture and pointing it to his temple. Gerard looked down at the gun and slowly raised it to his head, he closed his eyes just then a picture of Harold flashed in his mind. "Harold, this hole you put me in wasn't deep enough and I'm climbing out right now. You can't hide from me." Gerard heard Draven laughing but instead of opening his eyes he pulled the trigger letting the blackness enfold him once again. Helena drove around for several hours hoping that it would take her mind off the pain and off of Gerard, but it only made her feel worse. It seemed that every street and every corner of the city held a memory of Gerard. She finally gave up seeing that there was no release and decided to go home. She figured Mikey would be worried by now. Ever since the day that she came home from the hospital, Mikey had been living with her. Not by her choice of course he was just afraid that she would harm herself and she had tried many times but it was in vain. Mikey always seemed to show up just in time to make sure it never went as far as a bad cut. He would beg her and he even went as far as cried to her and told her that he loved her and didn't want to lose her. Helena didn't care, all she thought about was Gerard and that if she died they would be together once again. She sighed as she realized that she had already pulled up the driveway to her home. She stared at if for a moment and flashes of that night six years ago when she and her Gerard got married came flooding back to her. She remembered how excited her and Mikey were while putting up the drawings on the house and destroying the inside of the house to make it look like a gruesome murder scene. They couldn't wait to see the look on his face when he saw it. She smiled weakly at the memory. How she longed to see him again, to hold him, to feel his hands caressing her body, to feel his hot breath on her face, to stroke his long black hair, to get lost in his deep hazel eyes. She then remembered the days that they would go to the My Chemical Romance shows, and they would go home so pumped or drunk that they blare music all over the house and would dance around in their underwear until the neighbors called the police. She laughed at her last memory, she had to force herself to get out of the car and go inside the house. She opened the door hoping that Mikey wouldn't be home. "Helena, where the hell have you been? I've been worried sick!" mikey yelled at her as soon as she stepped in the door. Helena rolled her eyes and tried to walk away but mikey caught her and held her in a tight hug. He took hold of her face and made her look at him "Lena, are you ok?" Helena smiled and pushed him off gently trying not to hurt his feelings. "Mikey I'm fine I just needed to get out of the house." "Are you sure?" "Ha-ha yes Mikey, I'm alright." "ah-hmm" Helena looked over to see Torie sitting on the couch. She obviously cleared her throat to make it known that she was there. Torie is mikey's girlfriend, they've been together for about a year. Torie adores mikey but is getting annoyed at the fact that mikey acts more like Helena's boyfriend now than hers. "Oh hey Torie! I didn't see you there sorry. How are you?" "I'm alright thanks" Torie said looking down at the floor. Helena noticed that Torie was holding something back. "Hey Torie could you help me out in the room I need your help." Helena said making up any excuse to not talk in front of mikey. Torie looked at Helena thankfully. "Yeah sure!" she said as she stood up. "Wait I can help you if you want?" mikey yelled from the kitchen. "Sorry mikey it's a girl thing. There's no way you can help" mikey looked at the floor disappointed. "Hey mike what you can do is go to the store and get some snacks for us...please?" Helena shot mikey a puppy dog face. He smiled and grabbed his keys. "Alright he said as he grabbed Helena by the back of the head and gave her a kiss on the forehead. Then he turned to Torie, placed a hand on her cheek lightly and gave her a long peck on the lips. She smiled at him and he headed out the door. "C'mon" Helena said as she grabbed Torie by the wrist and led her to her room. Helena plopped herself on her bed and patted the space directly next to her signaling for Torie to sit. As soon as Torie did, Helena started talking. "Alright Torie what's wrong?" Torie looked at Helena hesitantly but didn't want to keep her feelings bottled up inside. "Helena, don't take this the wrong way but...I can't stand to see the way mikey pays more attention to you then to me. I understand that you lost Gerard and it's been really hard for you but I just feel like mikey doesn't want me anymore. It's been a year and we haven't even had sex!" tears started to form in Torie's eyes. Helena grabbed her and held her close. "Oh Tor I'm sorry. I really don't mean to interfere in your relationship." "I know you don't. I just want you to help me. You and Gerard were so happy and so in love. I want mikey to love me the same way. How did you keep Gerard so in love with you?" Helena sighed she truly didn't know the answer to that question. "I don't know Torie he just was." They were silent for a while. Helena released Torie abruptly making her fall to the floor, I've got it, I have an idea. Helena walked out of the room not bothering to help Torie up. Torie could hear Helena dialing some numbers. When Helena walked back into the room she put her finger over her mouth to make sure that Torie didn't talk. "Hey Mikey!" "Hey Lena, what's up?" "Mike would you rent some movies I feel like having a zombie night." Mikey stayed silent for a few seconds. "Lena are you sure you want to? Isn't that something only you and Gerard would do?" "Yes mikey I'm sure. Make sure you rent good ones. Ok?" "Okie dokie pokie!" "Ok thanks. See you soon" Helena looked down at Torie and winked at her. "Alright honey let's get you dolled up" His eyes slowly fluttered open instantly being stung by the bright sun. He curled up in a ball, covering his head with his arms trying to keep the sun out. It took his eyes a few minutes to get semi-adjusted to the sun, but he still saw everything red. He slowly stretched out and felt something in his hands; he looked down and realized that he was still holding on tightly to the gun that Draven had given him. He let out a short sigh. Gerard sat up and immediately realized that he was at that dreadful church that he and Helena had been shot down at. "Well Mr. Way Are you ready to begin?" Gerard spun around quickly and there stood Draven with a sickening smile spread across his face. "...Yes" "Good, here is a list of all the men and women I want you to eliminate." He stretched out a hand holding a black sheet of paper with red writing on it. Gerard cautiously took it from Draven's hand. The writing appeared to be names and addresses. "I have one condition Mr. Way. You cannot at any circumstances talk to Helena! That would defeat the whole purpose. You may look at her from a far but do not dare talk to her...understood?" "Yes" Gerard said sadly. "Alright Mr. Way get to it, there is a car parked in the front for you to use I have provided everything you need, license, cash, credit cars, weapons, the works. Make me proud! Oh and remember the sooner you kill them the faster you will get to your precious Helena." Gerard nodded. Not saying a word he turned around and headed towards the car. He knew exactly what he was going to do first. He had to see Helena even if it was from a far. "Hey girl's I'm home!" Mikey called out to the girls as he placed the bags on the kitchen counter. "Alright we'll be right out!" he heard Helena say. "Hurry I brought some movies that I really want to see." He plopped himself on the couch with a beer in his hand. He waited a few minutes but got impatient and went ahead and put the movie on. "Hey why didn't you wait?" he looked up to see Helena standing there with a hand on her hip. "You guys took too long" he said as he returned his gaze to the TV screen. Helena rolled her eyes and walked to the kitchen and grabbed a beer. She sat herself down next to mikey and he asked, "So what were you guys doing while I was gone?" Helena looked at him and smiled. "Well I was bored and decided to do a little make over on Torie." "A make over?" mikey asked. "Yeah a make over don't look at me like that." "It better not be a make over from hell!" "Oh shut up" Helena said as she punched him in the arm with her free hand. "Hey Torie come on out now." Helena yelled. "No, I'm embarrassed!" Torie yelled back. "C'mon honey, it's me don't be embarrassed." Mikey heard her sigh. "Ok" She walked into the living room and mikey's mouth immediately dropped. Torie was a conservative girl, she would always wear jeans, t-shirt and a cute sweater. She hardly ever wore skirts and if she did they were always to her knees or below, she was a dorky girl just like mikey, and they even had similar glasses. Helena dressed her in a short black school girl skirt, a small skinny puppy tank top and black ballet slippers. She let her long dark brown hair flow down her shoulders and had some of her bangs in her face; she heavily applied the black liner and used purple eye shadow to help her big hazel eyes stand out. Mikey had never seen her like this but he liked it. He slowly stood up, "Mikey say something." Torie said insecurely. "...I...um...gah...WOW!" "Is that a good wow?" she asked looking down at the floor. He walked up to her and placed his hand under her chin and made her look up. "It's a very good wow. You look...beautiful!" Mikey was extremely happy with the make over that Helena had given Torie. They sat down in the living room and watched the movie that mikey put on. Well at least Helena did, mikey and Torie didn't take long to start making out. "A-hem" Helena cleared her throat obviously feeling very uncomfortable. She got no response from either one of them. She let out a long sigh and got up from the couch. "Well kids I'm wiped out. I'm heading to bed." Torie had to practically pry mikey off her. "Oh ok Lena goodnight" Torie said. "Night mikey" Helena said about to turn around when mikey said "Hey where is my goodnight kiss?" Helena smiled weakly, leaned down and gave him a small peck on the forehead. Then she turned around and exited the living room. It hurt her so much to see mikey and Torie so happy together. Gerard meant everything to Helena he was her reason to live, her reason to breathe...and her reason to die. Before she went to her room she slipped into the bathroom, careful that mikey didn't notice and he didn't he was too busy sucking faces with Torie. She opened the medicine cabinet and took one of mikey's razor's, then proceeded to her room. Gerard stood out side Helena's window for about five minutes before he saw her walk into the room with a gloomy face expression. She sat on the edge of the bed that used to be theirs. She stared off into space for a few seconds then buried her face in a pillow and it seemed to Gerard like she had begun to cry. He wanted so badly to just bust through that window and hold her and kiss her and tell her that they would soon be together, but he knew he couldn't and it killed him. Out of no where rain just began to fall making the mood even gloomier. Gerard looked up at the sky for a split second and when he looked back down he noticed that Helena had looked up from her pillow and was staring at the window. Gerard immediately dashed out of the way and ran across the street climbed into his car and sped off into the night. Helena walked into her room clutching to the razor in a closed fist. The pressure she was putting on the razor was causing it to cut into her palm. She sat on the edge of the bed and gazed at the wall for a few seconds before her sorrow got the best of her. She collapsed on the bed, buried her face in a pillow and began to cry. She was crying with so much emotion and so much sorrow that her chest was convulsing up and down. She heard the tap, tap, tap of raindrops tapping on her window and slowly looked up. She could see a distorted figure on the other side of the window but in less than a blink of an eye the figure was gone. "Gerard?" she whispered. "For heavens sake I'm going crazy! It wasn't Gerard he's dead! Just end it, just end it. " Mikey had his arm wrapped behind Torie's small back, and she had a hand wrapped around mikey's waist while the other was holding his face. He parted the kiss and looked her in the eye, she smiled. "What is it?" Torie asked not really wanting him to answer but to continue kissing her. He ran his rough hand over her cheek and she in return nudged into his hand and kissed it. Never breaking his gaze mikey grabbed her chin with two fingers and pulled her in and gave her a small peck on the lips. "Your so beautiful." She began to blush and looked down in embarrassment but he picked her head up right away and made her lock eyes with him again. "I don't deserve you Torie." "Mikey what are you talking about?" "I love you Torie..." "I love you too." She interrupted but he placed his index finger over her lips so she wouldn't talk anymore. She squinted her eyes in confusion. "Torie I love you and I know I don't deserve you but...will you marry me?" he asked with his finger still on her mouth. As soon as she heard this her eyes went wide and her mouth dropped. He noticed that tears started forming in her eyes and it didn't take long for them to fall and stream down her cheeks. She opened her mouth to answer but not a word came out. He knew her answer from the way that she reacted. "So is that a yes?" he asked smiling. She sighed and slowly said "That's a hell yes!" he pulled her on to him so that she was straddling him. He hugged her for what seemed like an eternity to both of them. He finally loosened his grip and took her small face in his hands. He pulled her in, locking them in a soft but passionate kiss. Wanting more she unintentionally rocked forward on his member, causing him to become somewhat aroused. He wrapped his arms around her waist pushing her down and rocking her forward again on his member making him become even more aroused. She could feel him growing harder through his pants and began to smile because this was exactly what she wanted and she was extremely happy. She lightly pulled his shirt over his head and began too kiss his neck and moved down to his collar bone and lightly sucked on it. He once again rocked her forward on his member but this time she didn't stop she just kept on grinding into him. He ran his hands up and down her thighs and then up behind her back bringing the shirt over her head. He looked up at her and smiled, she was still grinding him obviously enjoying it herself. He grabbed on to her thighs and helped her rock herself back and forth on him. She leaned her body in on him and began to kiss his neck again slowly working her way up to his ear. "Let's go to the bedroom" she said and then nibbled on his earlobe. He immediately got up with her in his arms and she wrapped her legs around his waist. He led them to the bedroom and kicked the door behind him to close it. He sat her on the edge of the bed and leaned down and kissed her forcefully letting his body fall on top of hers. She fumbled with is belt buckle trying to take off his pants but she was having trouble. He in a hurry because he already wanted to make her his, quickly got up undid his pants and pulled them down and tried to pull them off but lost his balance and fell down on his face. He heard Torie giggle but he didn't mind. He rolled on his back and pulled his jeans off. He got up removed his glasses and not realizing what he was doing he chucked them across the room. They made a loud thud when they hit the wall. She propped herself up on her elbows and began to giggle. He climbed on to the bed and crawled to her, she cocked her head to the side waiting for his next move. He climbed on top of her causing her to collapse on the bed. He wrapped an arm around her waist and used the other to support himself up. With the arm that he had wrapped around her waist he raised her lower body up to his, pushing her part on to his member and rubbed then together. She let out an excited moan and clutched hard on to the sheets. She slowly reached to her skirts zipper and proceeded to take it off. When she did mikey buried his face in her neck and slowly ran his hand from her tummy up to her breasts pushing the bra up and taking a hand full of her before he leaned down and kissed it. He pulled her bra her over her head not bothering with the clasps that held it together. She giggled at his impatience. He sat up on his knees and kissed her belly while slowly pulling her panties down. They were very aroused at this point; they didn't want to bother with foreplay anymore. Mikey let the panties fall to the floor and hurriedly slipped out of his boxers. Before he could do anything else Torie grabbed him from the back of the neck and pulled him down on top of her embracing him in a wet passionate kiss. He leaned up on her and cupped her breast in his hand squeezing it a bit. His member rubbed up against her already wet part causing both of them to moan at the exact same time. "Oh Mikey...I love you" she said between breaths. He smiled at her and asked "Are you ready?" she nodded her head in approval. He slowly thrusted into her causing her to dig her nails into his back, he squinted from the pain but continued. His thrusts slowly began picking up speed and he moaned every once and a while. He buried his face in her neck feeling the heat and sweat coming off of her body. She was getting very close to coming already; she bit him in the shoulder and wrapped her arms around his waist pushing him up further into her. As soon as she did this he knew he was close to coming as well. He began to thrust faster and harder making her moan practically to the point of yelling and she placed her hands above her head against the wall to brace her self. After several more hard strokes they both came. Mikey collapsed on Torie and gave her a quick kiss on the neck before falling at her side. He immediately took her in to his arms, she rested her head on his chest and pulled a near by blanket over their naked bodies. They laid there in silence, satisfied and extremely happy at what they had just done. He ran his fingers through her hair; his touch began to make her very sleepy. After a few minutes of just laying there in each others arms they both drifted off to sleep with smiles on their faces. The next morning Mikey woke up with Torie still at his side. She was sleeping so peacefully, he didn't want to wake her. He looked over at the clock and it read 11:30. He figured Helena would be up already so he got up and got dressed. He walked into the living room and didn't find her, he searched the whole house but there was no sign of her being awake. Mikey sighed "She's having a bad day again. I thought she was already accepting the fact that Gerard is gone but I guess not." He decided to let her sleep for a little longer until he finished cooking breakfast. He was getting the pans out to start frying the bacon when Torie walked into the kitchen already dressed. "Hey babe did I wake you?" "Um no, that's ok." She walked over to him and took his head into her hands and gave him a big kiss. He smiled at her and said "I missed you too." She giggled "What? Cant a girl wake up in a good mood?" he laughed and returned his attention to the bacon. When he finished frying the bacon he asked Torie if she could make the eggs while he went and woke Helena up. She agreed and mikey headed for Helena's room. He knocked on the door then waited a few seconds before opening it. He walked in and saw her figure still in bed under the covers. She had the covers up over her head. "God how can she sleep like that?" he mumbled under his breath. He reached over and shook the lump under the covers. "Helena?...Helena wake up." He shook her and he shook her but she didn't respond. He began to get scared "oh god! Please no...no not again." he slowly grabbed the covers and brought it down a bit. He couldn't see her face because her hair was in the way, he slowly reached over and hesitantly moved her hair from her face. She was cold to his touch and he felt sick when he saw her pale blue tear stained face. His legs gave out on him and he fell to the floor. Before falling he took hold of the covers bringing them down with him. He let out a loud cry and began to cry hysterically when he saw Helena's stiff corpse in the middle of a big stain of dry blood. "Mikey what's wrong?" Torie yelled from the kitchen. Helena had slit her wrists, it was too late for her she was already cold as ice and a deadly shade of blue. She had a hand up against her chest and she was clutching on to a picture. Mikey drew the strength to grab the picture from her hand. Her hand had gone stiff on it, so he had to really tug on it to get it loose from her death grip. It was a picture of his brother and on the back of it she had written with a black marker: If we died we'd be together. Mikey I love you and I'm so sorry but I just can't stand this pain anymore. Love Lena He clutched the picture to his chest and he fell to his side on the floor crying. Torie walked into the room just then and yelled in horror at what she saw. She ran to the living room and called the ambulance right away. When the paramedics showed up Torie had to handle them because, mikey was in shock and couldn't say a word after finding her. He silently sat in the living room couch crying and not looking up at anyone. When the paramedics finally left with Helena's body Torie kneeled down in front of mikey and took his hand into hers. "Babe...I'm so sorry." She was barely able to choke the last word out. She let her head hang down and she began to sob. Mikey finally looked at her and picked her up and cradled her in his arms. He buried his face in her chest and they both stayed that way for hours, crying at the loss of their beloved Helena. *Somewhere in NY* ~Ding, Dong~ A few seconds passed by, he could hear someone shuffling inside. Finally a short chubby man with brown wavy hair opened the door. 'BANG!' Gerard didn't even allow him to realize what was happening. He had shot him square in the forehead and his lifeless body collapsed to the floor. Gerard turned around heading to his car with a smile on his face. He stopped at the end of the driveway and took out his Black Death list. "Thirty gone, nine hundred and seventy to go" He said to himself while looking up at the bright sky. He got in his car, he was glad that Draven made it easier for him all the people he had to kill either lived in jersey or in New York. It had been three days since he last saw Helena in her room crying, he missed her so much and he was heading towards their house (meaning Gerard and Helena's) when he noticed a beautiful old fashioned hearse pass by. The back cabin was made of glass and it was rimmed with black metal. The glass had a frosted floral design on the sides, and in side you could clearly see a coffin with red roses on top of it. The hearse was followed by at least ten cars, fascinated Gerard followed them all the way to the church. When they arrived he was stunned to see that his entire family was there. "What the hell is happening? Who died?" he whispered to himself. His first thought was that it was his mom or his dad but they stepped out of their car too. He then saw mikey "Oh mikey, I miss you so much" he thought. Gerard's father, mikey, ray, frank, bob, and some man he did not recognize approached the hearse and pulled out the coffin letting some roses fall to the floor. It began to rain so some mourners ran inside to hide from the rain. "Helena, I didn't see Helena." he thought just then his mother broke down and began to cry hysterically. How he wanted to run to her and comfort her and tell her that he loved her. He stepped out of the car careful that no one saw him. He waited until everyone went inside, then he walked up to the church. He cursed at it; it reminded him so much of that dreadful church that he had died at. He kneeled down in front of the flowers that had fallen off the coffin when they pulled it out. He picked one up and held it up to his nose. As soon as he inhaled he felt so much sorrow, red roses were Helena's favorite. "Gerard?" he heard someone say. He looked up, "Oh shit!" he said as he got up to run. "Gerard don't go...its Helena!" mikey called out to him. Gerard stopped dead in his tracks and slowly turned around. "What...?" "It's Helena lying in that coffin...she killed herself." Mikey broke down and began to cry. "Gerard immediately ran past mikey, hearing him yell after him. "You killed her...you were dead! You were dead!" Gerard ignored mikey's comment. He ran into the church and straight to the coffin. He immediately opened it and saw Helena's lifeless body. He could hear horrified gasps and people whispering. He turned around to see everyone's tear streakened faces. He saw his mother pass out and his father began to cry hysterically. He turned to an already standing frank, "Gerard?" he didn't respond. He turned to look at mikey and standing right beside him smiling was... Helena's eyes fluttered open, she didn't recognize where she was. The night was foggy and she could feel the ground below her a little moist it was a bit cold so she began to shiver. She slowly pushed herself up with her elbows into a sitting position. She looked down at herself and noticed that she was in her old black wedding dress. She looked around and could see tombstones scattered everywhere. In the distance there was a small black marble mausoleum. It caught her attention immediately so she stood up and was about to walk towards it when she heard a cold rough voice that she did not recognize say, "Hello Helena." she turned around and standing right beside a grave was Draven. "Who are you?" Helena asked. "My name is Draven; I'm a friend of Gerard's." "Gerard? You've talked to Gerard?" Draven laughed at Helena's desperate tone of voice. "Why did you do it Helena?" Helena looked at Draven confused. "Why did I do what?" "Why did you kill yourself?" Helena looked down at the floor not in shame but in sorrow. "I wanted to be with Gerard again." "But what made you think dying would reunite you? You do know he went straight to hell?" Helena looked up shocked. "What? Why?" Draven laughed "He killed a man." "...No he didn't! Why would he kill someone?" "He killed that man for you. He does everything for you, he died for you and you go off and kill yourself!" Draven yelled at her in an accusing tone. Helena wasn't sure how to respond. She was mad that he was accusing her but at the same time it made sense. Gerard had died to try to rescue her and she killed herself. His death was in vain. "What do you feel guilty now?" his mocking tone angered Helena. "I made a deal with Gerard so I've decided to give you the same opportunity." Helena stayed quiet for a few seconds not sure of what Draven was talking about. "I like Gerard, but I'll be honest with you. I don't like you. He's far too good for you." Helena was stunned at his honesty but was more interested in knowing what his deal was. "So what's the deal?" Draven let an evil smile spread across his face... He turned to look at mikey and standing right beside him smiling was... Harold Bradford... "The dumb ass isn't even trying to conceal himself" Gerard thought as he stared at him intently. "Ha-ha I thought I killed you!" Harold yelled in disbelief but not hiding his amusement. Gerard became enraged and slowly walked towards the entrance where mikey and Harold were standing. Everyone had their eyes glued on Gerard; they couldn't believe what they were seeing. "Gerard? You're...you're...dead." Frank said in horror. Gerard ignored franks comment, not even bothering to turn and look at him and continued his slow pace toward Harold, slowly letting a smile slide across his face. "Oh Harold did you think you could get rid of me so easily?" Gerard began to laugh, but he sounded nothing like himself, he sounded evil, angry, and crazy. His little laugh frightened him, but he loved how it frightened Harold more. Gerard now had his face inches away from Harold, very intimidated Harold stepped back. Harold looked Gerard straight in the eye trying to intimidate Gerard back but it was no use all he did was terrify himself more. All he could see in Gerard's eyes was...revenge. Gerard looked past Harold and saw that it was still pouring outside. He immediately took hold of Harold by the front of his shirt and softly whispered directly in his ear. "So Harold? Are you up for an old fashioned...duel. Gerard stained the last word with sarcasm. Harold could not hold his fear back anymore, Gerard wasn't the scared little miserable man that he was that day at the church, he was now a devil looking for revenge. Harold fought to get out of Gerard's grasp but realized that Gerard was far to strong for him. Gerard let go of him as soon as he felt Harold stop struggling, not out of pity but because he wanted to see Harold run, he wanted to see him beg for his life. "Run Harold. Run like the miserable rat that you are." Gerard said through clenched teeth. Harold knew it was a trap but his feet reacted before his mind. He took off running down the steps of the church but didn't make it past the fourth step. Gerard quickly drew his gun out and shot Harold once in each leg. "AHH!" Harold cried out in pain as he fell forward hitting his face on the pavement. Blood began to flow from his nose, but he didn't stop there. He forced his body to roll down the steps but he could hear Gerard following intently behind him. As soon as he fell to the muddy road he felt a sharp blow to his ribs causing him to cry out once more. Harold was so terrified and in so much pain that he began to weep, burying his face in the mud. "So I guess duelling is out of the question?" Gerard said mockingly. "Please, please, don't kill me...have mercy!" Harold pleaded as he looked up but his comment enraged Gerard. "How dare you talk about mercy? Did you show mercy when you shot Helena and I down. I think not. Did you show mercy when you took my life and destroyed hers? So tell me why should I show you mercy?" Gerard spat at Harold and kicked him once more but this time it was twice as hard as the first time. People from inside the church had already begun to gather around the two, not caring that it was still raining. Gerard grabbed Harold by the hair and pulled him up so he could look him in the eye. "The damage you've inflicted, are temporary wounds. I came back from the dead, to take her home with me, to take back the life you stole...for what you did to me and what I'll do to you, I'll make sure you get what everyone gets, you'll get a lifetime." Harold, terrified at the words that Gerard had just spoken began to plead. "No please I'm sorry no I don't want to die!" Gerard pulled a knife out that he had hanging from his belt, with his free hand and looked down at Harold. "Remember my face, because it's the last thing you'll ever see." With that said he slowly slid the knife across Harold's throat applying enough pressure to make it go deep. Harold let out gargled breaths and Gerard could hear the people around him weeping and screaming. He waited until he was sure that Harold was dead, to let go of his hair and let him fall to the floor. He turned and walked through the crowd of people that had formed. He saw mikey on the floor weeping and as he passed he paused and placed a reassuring hand on mikey's shoulder. Then proceeded into the church and up to the coffin where his Helena laid. *Draven and Helena* "Gerard is an amazing person. I've watched him for quite some time and I think that he doesn't deserve to suffer like this." Draven's words were stained with so much sadness that even Helena felt pity for him. "You're miserable aren't you?" Helena asked. Draven looked down at his feet as if ashamed, realizing what he was doing he snapped out of it and immediately changed the subject. "I can make all his pain disappear; I can make him happy once again." Helena looked into Draven's eyes trying to find something she didn't know what but she needed to see something that would give her hope. She saw nothing and it crushed her. "I know his happiness wouldn't include me...right?" Draven began to laugh. "You catch on quick!" Helena felt tears flowing down her face, she fell to her knees and pleaded. "Please, don't do this. I need him and he needs me." "Oh you may need him but I can always make him feel other wise. Stop wasting my time! I made a deal with Gerard, he has to kill 1,000 evil men and bring me their souls in exchange for you...but since you went off and killed yourself than there is no use to continue it unless..." Helena became desperate "...unless what?" "You can finish the job for him. I can make him and everyone forget everything that has happened these past few months." He kneeled down in front of Helena and looked at her with compassion. He didn't fool her though. "What about me?" Helena asked. Draven smiled and continued speaking letting his words start out normal and slowly turned them into a low whisper. "...well I can give you immortality!" his eyes lit up as he whispered the last word. "I don't understand." Draven sighed in frustration and quickly got back on his feet. "What isn't there to understand...I give you immortality, you bring me the souls of 1,000 evil men and I will make sure Gerard's dreams and desires come true, simple as that?" Helena let her weeping face fall to the moist grass below her. "Do you promise me that he will be happy?" she asked not looking up at him. He kneeled down once more and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Look me in the eye Helena." she obeyed. "I give you my word." It didn't take Helena long to respond. She didn't care if she was miserable, as long as Gerard was happy even if it wasn't with her. Gerard approached the open casket. As soon as he saw Helena's lifeless corpse laying there he felt his heart split in two. He softly touched her dead cold cheek, afraid that he might hurt her. He could feel his tears streaming down his face. They were burning him, burning him to the core of his dead cold heart. No one entered the church behind him, he didn't know if it was because they were terrified of him or because they forgot he was there. Either way he didn't care and didn't take the time to stop and think about it. He opened the casket completely revealing Helena's fragile body. She was wearing her wedding dress and her favorite black ballerina shoes that she would wear at her musicals. Her hair flowed down her shoulders in perfectly done black curls. Someone had done her make up exactly the way she used to do it when she was alive. Red eye shadow and heavily done eye liner. "She's so beautiful...my sleeping beauty." He thought. He stared at her, deeply examining her as if he wanted to burn this very image of her deep within his soul. He wanted to hold her close feel her in his arms. He took her limp arm and wrapped it around his neck then place one hand under her back and the other under her legs. He picked her up slowly to not hurt her, like if he grabbed her too swiftly he would bruise her already dead body. He turned around glancing out the doors and saw that it was still pouring outside. He then let himself fall on his knees with Helena still in his arms. When he fell it sent a surge of pain throughout his legs but it was nothing compared to the hurt and despair that he felt at that very moment. He was cradling her like a baby and he ran his hands up and down her body and face afraid that he would never touch her again. He then realized that he wasn't crying anymore that he was all out of tears but he could clearly still feel his heart breaking. He then felt the urge to sing to her. "Yes I'll sing to her...she used to love it when I sang to her." he thought as he shook her lifeless limp body. "Helena wake up, I'm going to sing to you.....wake up...please...wake up!" he lifted her up and buried her face in his neck feeling her cold skin against his. He then began to sing...
I'm in love with you... When she didn't respond he shook her again and leaned down and whispered in her ear, "Helena please wake up. I'm singing to you, sing with me Helena, sing with me." He commenced to sing another song for her.
In our diabolical rapture we live on and on.
Won't you close our eyes?
In your heavenly rapture we die on and on
Won't you close our eyes?
Your love is the only thing I live for in this world As soon as he was done he felt the sorrow take over him not caring whether he hurt her or not anymore he took her into a hug that if normally he would do he would have probably hurt her. He buried his face in her hair inhaling her dead scent. He began to weep but was interrupted by someone clapping in the distance. Gerard looked up to see Draven standing at the entrance of the church and immediately felt the rage build up inside him. He looked down at Helena and very gently set her down on the tiled floor giving her a quick kiss on the lips before standing up to walk towards him. ] "Why...why did you let her die?" Draven looked at Gerard very sadly. "I didn't let her do anything. She did it on her own free will." "But you could have prevented it. You could have stopped her!" "No Gerard it isn't that simple...." "The hell it isn't!" Gerard angrily interrupted "Gerard please don't be angry with me. It hurts me." Draven's comment made Gerard laugh sarcastically. "It hurts you? Ha! How do you think I felt when you told me that I had to kill people in order to be with my wife!" "Gerard please don't yell. I came to give you a gift." Gerard turned his back on Draven and walked towards Helena's lifeless body that still lie on the floor. "You have nothing to offer me that I would want." Gerard said bitterly. "Gerard trust me you want this. Please look at me...please." Gerard angrily turned around but avoided looking at Draven. Instead he looked out the doors into the cold wet night. Draven approached Gerard and placed a hand on his shoulder. "What if I told you I can make you happy again, anything you wanted I could give to you." Gerard looked at him with a confused face. Then between clenched teeth he said "You know what I want!" Draven looked down as if disappointed and let his hand fall back to his side. "Very well" Draven stretched his hand out and pointed to the alter. When Gerard turned and looked he saw Helena still lying on the floor exactly where he had left her. Disappointed at what he saw he let his gaze fall to the floor. He felt tears start to well up in his eyes, "Ha and I thought I was all dried out." He thought sarcastically. Gerard then felt Draven's heavy hand on his shoulder, "Gerard...look." Gerard lifted his gaze again toward Helena. But instead of her lifeless body on the floor, there she was sitting upright with her legs stretched out in front of her and her ankles crossed. She had her hands graciously lying on her lap and tears were falling down her pale cheeks as she gazed up at him. "Helena?" he whispered to no one in particular. "Oh Gerard" she answered back. Gerard's legs buckled. He couldn't move no matter how hard he tried, the shock just wouldn't let him. "Go on Gerard." he heard Draven say, as he felt Draven give him a push. His legs loosened and he slowly walked towards Helena. "Are you real, is this real?" he thought to him self. Helena slowly stood up with no effort at all. "Yes Gerard it is me." Helena said sadly. When Gerard reached her, he hesitantly raised his hand to her face and gently stroked her cheek with the back of his hand. She was still cold to his touch. There were no words he could say to her to demonstrate how much he loved her and there were no words to describe the joy he felt in seeing her living and breathing again. "Helena is it really you?" he asked as she pressed her face against his hand. "You're so cold." Gerard said as he placed both his hands on her face. Helena closed her eyes letting two tears fall, and land on Gerard's hands. He let his hands drop from her face down to her waist he lifted her up and spinned her around gleefully. "We're together again Helena! We're together!" Gerard said as he laughed and cried at the same time. Helena didn't respond she just buried her face in his chest and kept weeping. He practically had to pry her face off his chest to make her look him in the eye. "Helena what's wrong aren't you happy to see me again?" Gerard asked disappointedly. "Gerard I've been waiting for this very moment since the day you died." "Then what's wrong?" "Just hold me Gerard, love me, kiss me...kiss me!" she whispered into his chest. He picked her face up to him once again and let his lips clash on to hers sending chills throughout his body. Unfortunately their joyous moment didn't last long. Draven rudely cleared his throat to get their attention. Gerard turned his head to look at him but Helena knew exactly what Draven wanted so she took Gerard in a hug and once again cried in his chest. Draven had his back to them as if repulsed by their joyous moment. "Helena....you know what to do." Draven said with hatred in his voice. His words crushed her. She knew that this was her goodbye to her beloved Gerard, and that after this day he won't ever remember her. Gerard looked down at Helena "What is he talking about?" "Gerard I love you but...we can't be together anymore." It took Gerard a while to register what she had just said. When he did it enraged him, so he pushed her off sending her flying back down to the floor. "NO! What the hell are you talking about? Why...why not?" "I'm sorry Gerard it just has to be this way." "Why?" Gerard asked through clenched teeth. Draven answered for her, "Because I want it this way." Gerard turned and looked at Draven with so much hatred. "You f-ing bastard!" Gerard said before letting his fist fly out and hitting Draven straight across the cheek. It hurt Gerard more then Draven, "Your actions hurt me Gerard." Draven said while rubbing a hand on his cheek. Gerard realized that he couldn't hurt Draven so his helplessness took over him and he fell to his knees. Gerard buried his face in his hands and wept. It hurt him so much to know that he went through so much to get everything back and in less then three minutes it would be taken away again. Draven knelt down in front of him, but Gerard didn't bother to acknowledge him. He called out for Helena and she immediately came to his side. When he looked at her, her face was streaked with blood. Gerard placed a hand on Helena's cheek smearing the blood and asked "What's happening to you Helena?" his voice stained with concern and sorrow. She pressed up against his hand and said "I'm dead Gerard...and always will be." Gerard didn't understand and had no response. He took her into a hug once again, her body felt so stiff, like if she were still the corpse that lay in the coffin. He didn't care as long as she was in his arms. "I'm sorry Helena I didn't mean to hurt you. I love you." "I know Gerard...I know." She pushed herself off him and took his face in her hands and whispered to him "It's not our fault that death is in love with us." Just as she said that Draven began to laugh. "Oh but Helena I'm not in love with you...it's Gerard I love. I could care less about you." Helena ignored Draven's comment and kissed Gerard gently on the lips "Gerard?" He looked her in the eye. "Yes Helena?" "Promise me that you will always love me no matter what." He looked at her sadly and responded "I don't have to promise that, I can guarantee that I always will." She buried her face in his neck, the sound and smell of the blood running through his veins ignited a strong passion in her. But it wasn't a sexual passion it was...a need for blood. She stood up, picking Gerard up along with her, with an ease that even surprised her. Gerard was shocked at how Helena had so easily picked him up, but didn't say a word he just stared at her wide eyed and in awe. Draven watched intently with a satisfied smile spread across his face. Helena stared at Gerard with lust filled eyes. She couldn't wait much longer. She needed to feed. She took him into her arms once more and pressed her lips against his neck. Gerard loved the way her hot breath felt against his neck, he closed his eyes and felt Helena's lips rubbing against his neck as she asked him to sing her a song. He swayed with her back and forth as he began to sing to her.
Hand in mine in to you icy blues
I'm trying, I'm trying
But this time, I mean it Gerard stopped and said "I wrote this song for you, it's called demolition lovers." His words broke Helena's heart and she began to cry "Keep singing Gerard, keep singing." All we are, all we are is bullets I mean this All we are, all we are is bullets I mean this.... Helena couldn't resist anymore she let her fangs sink into his naked neck careful that she didn't tear it open with her preternatural strength. As soon as his thick warm blood hit her tongue a strong tingling sensation spread throughout her body, she was in ecstasy. She could feel his blood running through her veins and she could hear his heartbeat growing slower by the second. He let out a small moan but held on to her tightly and continued singing And as we're falling down... and in this pool of blood... And as we're touching hands, and as we're falling down And in this pool of blood... and as we're falling down I'll see your eye... and in this pool of blood I'll meet your eyes.... ....I mean this forever Helena felt his body go limp in her arms and could hear his heart about to stop beating. She didn't want to stop but she knew she had to. She pried herself off him and knelt down with him. Gently setting him on the churches tiled floor. She stared at him for a second before realizing what she had just done. She killed Gerard; she killed the man that she loved. Gerard opened his eyes a little and tried to pick up his hand to touch her but was unable to do so. "Helena" he whispered. "Yes Gerard?" Helena answered weeping. "I'll love you...to the end." Just as he finished saying that he closed his eyes and his head fell to the side. Helena heard his heart stop beating and instantly felt like dying herself. She buried herself in his body and wept, ignoring Draven's laughter that she could hear in the background. She felt her limbs start to grow heavy. She realized that it was very close to daybreak. Giving Gerard one last kiss on the lips she ran past Draven in to the dark wet night. Gerard's eyes shot open and loud yell escaped his lips "HELENA!" his heart was beating what seemed like a thousand miles per hour. He immediately recognized where he was and told himself in a low whisper "It was just a dream." Just then someone opened the small curtain that was keeping the sunlight out, making Gerard quickly shield his eyes. Franks head popped in, the sunlight shining behind him gave a radiant glow to his face. "Good morning sunshine! Have a bad dream?" Gerard smiled up at frank admiring his glow. "A REALLY bad dream!" frank laughed at Gerard's remark. "Well don't let Cynthia hear you screaming other women's names. She'll kill you." Gerard had completely forgotten that he had yelled. "Whose name did I yell?" frank brought his index finger up to his lips and began tapping them while he thought. "Um....I think it was Elena or Helena...or something like that. What does it matter it's just a dream. C'mon get up." With that said frank let the curtain fall back in to place and Gerard let his hand fall back to his side. His heart was already beginning to normalize when someone happened to pass by and punched the side of his bunk really hard, startling him. He could hear ray snickering on the other side of the curtain. "Ray you f-ing faggot! You scared the be-Jesus out of me!" Gerard yelled sounding angrier than he meant it too. "Sorry Ger, didn't mean to scare you that bad. C'mon get up and get ready we go on in three hours!" "Alright, alright I'm up. Don't get your panties in a bunch." Gerard snickered at his own comment although he knew it was corny. Gerard rolled out of the bunk letting his feet make a loud thump as they hit the carpeted floor of the bus. He immediately went to the bathroom and brushed his teeth. He was hovering over the sink rinsing his mouth out when he felt someone's fragile arms wrap around his waist. He smiled to himself and turned to face a small girl about 5'6 with dark brown hair that goes a little past her shoulders. Her face had very small feminine features and her small strawberry nose looked like it could barely hold up her thick rimmed glasses. "Hey hun!" she said gleefully at Gerard. "Morning" Gerard responded back and lightly gave her a peck on the mouth. As soon as he pulled away an image of his dream flashed in his mind. He was being cradled in a strange woman's arms with his face buried in her hair. He was singing to her a song he had never heard before. He couldn't quite distinguish the words he was saying but he knew that he didn't recognize it. He felt a sharp pain in his neck and strangely he could feel his body dying. "Gerard?....Gerard?" He quickly snapped out of it, his heart began beating rapidly again. "Gerard are you alright?" Cynthia asked with concern in her voice. Gerard's knees began to go out from underneath him but he quickly took hold of the sink and managed to keep his balance. Panting he said "I need to sit down" Cynthia stayed staring at him with concern for a few seconds until Gerard took a step forward. She took him by the arm, squeezing it as if she could keep him from falling by doing so. They walked into the sitting area of the bus and Gerard quickly let his body fall on to the leathery couch. Cynthia took a seat next to him resting her head on his shoulder. Gerard leaned his head back on to the leather couch once again drifting off in his thoughts. "Why do I feel like this, it was just a stupid dream...that girl seemed so familiar but I can't quite pin point who she is. It's just a dream..." "Gerard are you sure you're alright?" Cynthia asked interrupting his thoughts. Gerard thought for a moment then turned and smiled at her. "I'm ok, I promise...I'm not okay I promise" he didn't want to worry her but the dream really freaked him out. He sighed deeply and gave her leg a quick slap, "Alright I'm going to get ready, I don't want to be late...again!" Gerard got up and walked to the back of the bus. Cynthia snickered and yelled out to him "If you need anything I'll be setting up the merch table!" "Ok!" Gerard yelled back. He could hear Cynthia's small feet running out the bus. When Gerard finished getting ready he stepped out of the bus and looked down at his watch. "3:45 hm...I still have time." He looked around to see anyone he knew "Nope...I'll walk around for a while then." He thought to himself. (MCR isn't well known yet and they are on the warped tour for the first time) He roamed around the crowds of teenagers unnoticed. The sun beaming down on him was almost overwhelming and it also didn't help that he was wearing his leather jacket. He couldn't stand it for long so he headed back to the bus area hoping to find someone familiar. When he got there he noticed that Bert McCracken was standing off to the side smoking a cigarette. Bert noticed him as well and signaled him to go over. "Hey Ger, how is it going." Gerard reached Bert and answered absentmindedly "Good, you?" Gerard leaned his back against the bus that Bert was standing next to, feeling the heat emanating from it. Bert shrugged his shoulders in response, "This heat is killing me but other than that it's cool." Gerard nodded his head in response but wasn't actually paying attention. He was thinking about the woman of his dream, just the thought of her brought butterflies to his stomach. "Why can't I stop thinking about her? She seems so...I don't know. Familiar? Yes but then no. She seems.....perfect!" his thoughts made him smile as he clutched his stomach. "Ger?...Ger?" when Gerard snapped out of his thoughts Bert was standing before him waving a hand in his face. "Shit man that must have been a good day dream! I've been talking to myself here." Gerard nervously chuckled "Sorry man" Bert just shook his head, threw his cigarette butt to the floor stomped on it and walked away slowly. But of course Gerard didn't notice this. He stared intently at the floor thinking of the woman of his dreams. "Hey bro!" Gerard looked up to see Mikey approaching with Torie under his arm. He smiled at them warmly. "Hey!" he responded. As soon as they were at reaching distance Gerard reached for mikey's head and scrambled his hair up a bit, then turned to Torie and gave her a kiss on the forehead. "What were you guys doing?" Gerard asked pushing away the thoughts of his dream girl. "We were just watching the Horror Pops!" Torie responded excitedly. Gerard smiled at her and turned his attention to mikey, who was smiling as well. "We have sound check in ten so....yeah." mikey informed Gerard. Gerard just nodded his head and walked away, leaving mikey and Torie behind. Helena awoke, her eyes slowly fluttering open. Pain, sorrow, and hunger over took her immediately. She sighed deeply before pushing herself up and out of the cool dirt that protected her from the sunlight. She sat up looking around taking in her surroundings. "A cemetery, why doesn't it surprise me?" she averted her attention to the dark sky above her, "Why?" she asked unsure of who she was talking to. She looked down at herself seeing that she was still in her wedding dress but it was caked in dirt. She could still taste Gerard in her mouth, taste his blood and it crushed her. Memories of the night before flooded her mind, but were interrupted by a sudden cramp in the pit of her stomach. She realized that she needed to feed but neglected the thought. She got to her feet and proceeded to walk, letting her feet lead her out of the cemetery and on to the dark dangerous streets of NJ. Days passed and she couldn't seem to find the strength or the courage to return to the house that once belonged to her and Gerard. Every night for days she prowled around street alleys waiting for the typical bandit or rapist or anyone with a tint of evil to show up so she could feed. One by one she counted them off hoping to reach 1,000 soon, so she could pay off Gerard's debt to Draven and be free to roam in her loneliness and sorrow for all eternity. There were nights that her senses and hunger would overwhelm her so much that she had to take two or three victims a night. The killing had no effect on her, her heart was cold and if she did feel even a tiny spec of guilt she just told herself that she killed them for a reason, because they were evil and deserved to die. She always made sure that this was true, she stalked them until the committed a horrible crime, then proceeded in killing them. Helena some how convinced herself that she was helping mankind. But she wasn't convincing anyone. Every time she killed she imagined Draven and dreamed of doing so many horrible things to him that she new she would never be able to actually do. She somehow found solace in these dreams, and it was the only way she was able to get by without her loneliness and sorrow taking over. "Hey Ger" Frank said as he entered the bus. Gerard nodded his head in response never taking his eyes off of the TV screen where he was playing a video game. "Where is Cynthia?" Frank asked after looking around and seeing that she was not there. Gerard paused his game and looked around stupidly, "She's not here?" Frank smirked and replied "No" "Hm...she must have left, she was here a minute ago." Gerard shrugged his shoulders and resumed playing his game. Frank walked towards the fridge and pulled out a water bottle then settled himself across from Gerard. "Ger can I ask you a question?" Gerard glanced at frank for a split second and the expression on franks face let him know it was serious. Gerard turned his game off completely and averted his attention to frank. "What's up?" Gerard said lifting an eyebrow. Frank let his gaze fall to the bottle that was between his legs and fiddled with the paper that was wrapped around it for a few seconds. "Do you love her?" frank blurted out shocking Gerard. He didn't know how to respond, he had never really stopped to think about that. "I....I..." Gerard mumbled not knowing what to say. Frank shamefully looked up at Gerard. "Ger we've known Cynthia for a long time and I've noticed that you don't really love her, you love her company. But you can love anyone's company. I just don't think you should use her like that." Frank quickly let his gaze fall again and started to fidget with his fingers, he was obviously very nervous. It clicked in Gerard's head, "Frank loves her!" Gerard smiled at the fidgeting Frank. "You're right Frank I don't love her, don't get me wrong I love her but I'm not IN love with her." Frank let the breath that he was holding in, out and Gerard could see that Frank's body immediately relaxed. There was a long moment of silence before Gerard said "You should tell her." Frank shot Gerard a shocked look, "What are you talking about? Tell her what?" Frank said nervously. Gerard slightly smiled, got up and plopped himself next to Frank. "Frank you aren't fooling anyone, you're in love with her." He shyly let his gaze fall to the bottle once again. "I'm sorry Gerard." "No, no, no, I should be sorry. I'm the one keeping you guys apart." A big smile spread across Frank's face. "So you're saying that you don't care that I tell her?" "Of course not, you both deserve to be happy." Gerard stood up and placed a hand on Frank's shoulder, smiled then leaned in and whispered in Frank's ear "Don't worry I haven't touched her." He pulled away and gave him a teasing wink. Frank in return frowned but it didn't take long for his frown to turn into a smile. Gerard proceeded in leaving but paused at the entrance of the bus and said "It's the last night of the tour, tell her tonight but make it special" with that said he stepped off the bus. As soon as he took the first step off of the bus he heard a familiar voice call out to him. "Hey Ger!" he turned to see Mikey, Torie, and Cynthia approaching. Cynthia smiled at him warmly and gave him a hug. Gerard took her in his arms and hugged her tightly then gave her a kiss on the top of her head. She giggled but it was muffled by his chest. After a few seconds of hugging he pulled her away gently, smiled at her lovingly and walked away without a word leaving her speechless and confused. Helena awoke, feeling her hunger rise up in her immediately. She sighed and cursed it under her breath. She stood up and instinctively brushed herself off, it was of no use so many nights of lying in the dirt had stained her dress beyond repair. She strolled out of the cemetery and into dark alleys as she did every night. Draven would come to her after every kill and count her off. That was the only part of killing that she loathed the part where she had to see Draven. In the endless weeks that she had been killing she had already taken 87 lives. Some days she paid close attention to the numbers but there were days that she just did not care. That night she fed off two men, she found them in a dim alley behind a shopping center. The two she assumed were friends because they kidnapped a helpless girl and were tearing off her clothes when Helena arrived. Their plan she assumed was that they would take turns raping her. Helena didn't let it get that far, not because she wanted to save the girl but because her hunger was tearing at her insides. The men taunted Helena as she approached, their faces lit up, "Hah, they think they can take me as well...oh how wrong they are!" Helena thought to herself as a smile spread across her face. One man approached her and said something to her in a seductive manner but the hunger was deafening and she couldn't hear a word. She absentmindedly swung at the man, hitting him on the side off the face. Her preternatural power almost smashed his face in. He let out a cry and fell to the floor and instantly Helena felt like a beast but pushed that thought aside and continued striding towards the second man. She could feel the first man's heart beating rapidly in terror as he watched her take the horrified friend in her arms and tear the flesh of his neck open. The man froze in her arms, instantly giving in to her. When she was done feeding off of him she let him fall roughly to the floor. She turned and fixed her eyes on the crying helpless girl, "I would give anything to be her." Helena thought. The man on the floor sprung up from the floor clutching on to his bleeding face and tried to run. Helena used her preternatural speed and instantly was standing before him. He yelled out once again as he slammed into Helena and fell back. Helena found him hilarious, and began laughing out loud. She felt her hunger rise up in her once again and took the man from the floor. He was much bigger than her but it did not matter she positioned him so her face was perfectly in the crook of his neck. She taunted him by letting her fangs puncture his neck a bit then retracted them immediately. She did that five or six times before speaking to him. "You're pathetic!" he whimpered but did not dare say a word. She leaned in to his ear and whispered "Only the strong survive!" she punctured him once again but didn't retract, he moaned painfully and purposely let his body go limp. She could hear him whimpering as she sucked the life out of him. As his heart slowed she felt the hunger in her subside until finally she pried herself off him and let him fall just as roughly to the floor as she did his friend. She whispered to herself once again "Only the strong survive" She stood there with her eyes closed for a few seconds savouring the taste of blood that lingered in her mouth. She heard the girl's clothes shuffling lightly as she tried to stand up quietly so Helena would not hear. Helena's eyes shot open and as the girl saw this she let out a horrified cry. She tried to run but Helena took a hold of her by the arms forcing the girl too look at her. The girl's bloodshot eyes locked with Helena's, she was terrified but Helena could tell that she was also fascinated by her. She loosened the grip on the girl's arms and smiled. "Are you alright?" Helena asked surprised at the warmth in her voice. The frightened girl didn't respond to Helena's question instead she wept miserably. As Helena watched the poor girl, memories of the day that she killed herself flooded back to her. The way Mikey asked for a goodnight kiss, the way she cried into her pillow, how it started raining and the way she imagined Gerard at her window. She sighed snapping out of her memories she realized she was probably hurting the girl. Helena let go as if frightened and had no idea why. The girl fell at Helena's feet, and Helena couldn't help but feel sorry for the girl, and kneeled down in front of her. "Shh...it's alright I wont hurt you." the girl looked up at Helena with tear glazed eyes. "You promise?" she asked in a shaken voice. Helena smiled at her sweetly and answered "I promise" just then Helena felt Draven's presence and quickly stood up and turned towards him. His expression was not a happy one and Helena knew she had to be careful with what she said. "Hello Helena" Draven said through clenched teeth. "Draven" was all Helena answered. He looked around at the blood and the bodies, "Helena you MUST be more careful! I'm sick and tired of cleaning after you!" Helena sighed in frustration, turning her back and directing her attention to the crying girl on the floor. The girl was paying no attention to the two. She held her tear stained face in her hands as if terrified to look up at them. Helena felt pity for the girl, nothing more just pity. "Who is this?" Draven asked. "It's no one, just some girl." Helena responded and the girl's head shot up to look at her as if deeply hurt by what Helena had just said. "Well fine, get rid of her....I'm tired of coming to you every night. I can't stand to look at your face. Here!" he said as he held out a small black book. Helena turned towards him and took the little notebook. She flipped through the pages and saw names and addresses. "I need you to kill those people. Do it as you wish, slaughter them suck them dry I don't care just get rid of them." He turned to go but quickly stopped himself and examined Helena from head to toe. "And for fucks sake change your clothes! You look terrible." Helena looked down at herself but decided to ignore his comment. Within an instant Draven disappeared leaving Helena there to deal with the weeping girl. Helena sighed as she turned to look at the weeping girl once again. She felt a tingling sensation take over her body. She enjoyed this part of feeding. The feeling that washed over her afterwards was a much better feeling than being high. The girls' weeping was calmer now, much quieter. "What's your name sweetie?" Helena asked. The girl looked up and whispered "Erin...P-please don't hurt me." Helena laughed a bit and responded "If I was going to hurt you I would have already done it." The girl looked shyly down to the floor. "Where do you live...I'll walk you home to make sure nothing happens to you." the girl began to sob once again after hearing Helena's words. "What's wrong?" "...I don't have a home." she said sadly. Helena looked around trying to find a solution to the problem. "Come here sweetie." Helena said as she took the girl by the arm and helped her up. The girl didn't shy away she miserably let Helena help her. "Walk with me. I think I know of a place where they'll let you stay." Frank fumbled through the entire set, he couldn't help but gladly remember what had happened earlier in the day. After Gerard left him on the bus he stayed there sitting thinking about what he would say to Cynthia unaware that the moment where he would confess his love for her would come sooner than expected... He was taking a sip of his water when Cynthia stepped onto the bus; she immediately blushed at the sight of Frank. "Hey Frank." "Hey Cynthia" Frank responded back nervously. "Do you know why Gerard is acting weird?" Frank looked down disappointedly and shrugged his shoulders. "What's wrong Frankie?" she asked as she sat down next to him. Frank immediately felt butterflies in his stomach. "I think I'm going to puke!" he said out loud without actually meaning to. "Oh....well puke that way!" she said giggling and pointing in the opposite direction. He giggled "Sorry I didn't mean to say that out loud" she lifted an eyebrow at him in confusion. "Why is everyone acting so weird today?" she asked as she innocently placed a hand on his knee. Frank instantly flinched at her touch and she began to giggle once again. "Frank you are too cute!" He looked at her and smiled. She realized that their faces were inches away and her little smile quickly disappeared. "Cynthia?" "Yes, Frank?" she responded as she inched in a little closer. He could feel her hot breath on his face and couldn't quite get any words out. She whispered to him "Frank I..." he moved in closer allowing the tips of their noses to touch. She couldn't finish her sentence passion arose in her, Frank let his lips crash on to hers and she didn't dare or better said didn't want to pull away. Frank took a hold of Cynthia by the waist and slowly eased her closer to him, intensifying their kiss. She in return slid closer and absentmindedly placed a hand between Frank's legs causing him to become a little excited. Frank flinched at the sensation that her hand caused on him and shied away a bit. She noticed and placed her free hand behind his neck pulling him even closer than they had been. Frank felt himself begin to get hard and immediately tried to think of something that would make his hardness go away. Frank scrunched his eyes tightly and continued kissing Cynthia "Think of naked fat men, Think of naked fat men, Think of naked fat men, Think of naked fat men...." He heard Cynthia giggling and opened his eyes breaking the kiss. "Are you thinking of naked fat men?" he began blushing profusely, "....What?....How did you know?" she began to laugh out loud. "Frankie you were saying it out loud!" out of embarrassment frank tried to pull away, but Cynthia had a good grip on the back of his neck and pulled him close once again but this time she leaned back laying herself down on the couch and bringing frank down on top of her. "C-C-Cynthia...I...I..." "Ha-ha you what?" Cynthia asked as she giggled. "I love you Cynthia." Frank said as he quickly buried his face in her neck out of embarrassment. She turned her face positioning her mouth directly in front of his ear and whispered, "Frankie, I've loved you since the first day I met you." Frank couldn't help but smile happily as he lifted his head out of the crook of her neck. "I thought you were in love with Gerard?" she let her eyes fall in shame. "I thought so too, but I just realized that the only reason I stayed with him so long was to just be around you." He lifted her head by her chin to look her in the eye. "Yay!" he said excitedly and bounced a little. The bouncing wasn't such a good idea, as he did his member rubbed against her leg causing a surge of pleasure to go through him. He unintentionally moaned and regretted it right away. "Are you excited Frankie?" she asked mockingly, causing him to blush once again. "I'm sorry" he whispered and tried to get off her but she quickly wrapped her arms around his waist and brought him back down on top of her. As he did his member rubbed against her once again and Frank out of reaction rubbed it harder against her letting her know exactly how excited he was. She smiled up at him and whispered in his ear "I'm excited too." The heat in her voice sent shivers up and down his body, and he let his lips crash on to hers passionately. Just then Ray stumbled on to the bus, "Oh shit sorry!" he said when he saw the pair making out on the couch. As soon as he said that both frank and Cynthia's heads shot up. Cynthia shamefully buried her face in her hands and began whispering franticly "oh shit oh shit oh shit, shit, shit, shit." Ray ran off the bus giggling hysterically. Tears started welling up in Cynthia's eyes from shame. "Frankie what if he tells Gerard?" her words were muffled by the hands that still remained on her face. "No, No don't worry. I already talked to Gerard and he says he's ok with it. As long as you are happy." He took hold of her hands and gently pulled them away from her face. "Are you sure?" she whispered. He smiled at her and said "I wouldn't be doing this if I wasn't sure." He leaned down and gently pecked her on the mouth. She blissfully smiled and returned his kiss. "Frankie I don't feel comfortable doing this right here." She said as she looked around. "OH! Yeah I'm sorry he said as he lifted himself off her trying vainly to hide his erection. Her eyes immediately locked on it as she sat up. "Frankie can we lay down in your bunk?" his gaze locked with hers and he immediately replied, "Yeah sure" he took her by the hand and helped her up although he was incredibly embarrassed by his "excitement" he shifted his body in directions where he knew she wouldn't be able to see it. When they got to the bunk Frank quickly took hold of his pillow and tried to casually cover himself up. She smiled at him obviously knowing what he was trying to conceal. He helped her onto the top bunk and then proceeded to slip in after her. When he was in, Cynthia had already shifted her body towards him and immediately locked him in a passionate kiss. He quickly took hold of her waist and pulled her towards him pushing her up against his erection. She moaned in his mouth and as she did he lightly bit her lip and slipped his leg between hers. His erection felt so restricted in his tight pants but he tried not to think of that and continued kissing her. He slowly almost casually slipped his hand inside her shirt and began caressing her back with his rough hands. She in response arched her back against him wanting more than just caresses. "Cynthia?" he said between kisses, "yeah?" she responded. "Don't...you think...we're...going...a...little...to fast?" she stopped and looked him in the eye. "You don't want to do this Frankie?" She asked disappointedly. He took her face into his hands and showered her with kisses. "Oh baby you know I do, I just don't want you to feel rushed. I can wait if you want me to." He wasn't so sure about that last part. She smiled at him and said "I don't feel rushed...I want to." With that said Frankie pushed himself on top of her "I was hoping you'd say that." She smiled wider and he let his lips crash on to hers. She wrapped her hands around his waist and pushed him up against her letting her legs part giving him space to let his erection rub against her part. He moaned in her mouth and she in return nudged her hips up and grinded into him. "Oh god!" he half whispered. "I want you Frankie!" she frantically whispered into the dark. Frank buried his face in her neck sucking and nibbling a bit, as she reached down and unbuckled his pants. He supported himself up as she pulled them down, and he immediately felt relieved that his erection wasn't as restricted anymore. As he let is weight fall back on her she felt his erection behind his boxers lightly rub against the bottom of her part, and it made her all the more excited. Frank slipped his hands underneath her shirt and lifted it up and over her head then let it drop out of the bunk. Cynthia in her excitement didn't bother waiting for him she immediately unhooked the clasp of her bra and also let it fall out of the bunk. Frank buried his face in her neck once again and gave her seductive kisses down her chest and between her breasts then down to her navel until he got to the opening of her pants. He hurriedly unbuckled her belt buckle then her button and undid her zipper. "Hurry!" he heard her whisper as she clutched on to the sheets. He swiftly pulled down her pants and pushed them out of the bunk hearing a sort of thump when they hit the floor. He was now down between her legs as he looked up at her pleading eyes and gave her a quick but loving smile before he kissed the inside of her thighs passionately. She was writhing against his lips and he reached up and placed a hand on her part stroking her cotton panties in an up and down motion with his thumb. As soon as he did he heard her let out a gasp and she immediately pushed down on his hand obviously wanting more. As he continued kissing her thighs he seductively pulled down her panties, Cynthia in return grabbed him by the hair and roughly brought him up to her lips then grabbed him by the waist and pushed him down hard on top of her. He smiled against her lips but she ignored it and continued kissing him passionately . Frank let his hands roam all over her body until finally he let his right hand slide down between her legs and up towards her part, she instinctively writhed under his touch. He stroked her a bit, feeling the warm liquid that had already formed between her legs, until finally he let his index finger slowly penetrate her. She moaned quietly to herself, loving the way his finger went in and out of her but once he added another finger she couldn't help but moan louder. He kissed her passionately occasionally biting her lip as he did this. He continued fingering her until her felt that he had stretched her enough, "Are you ready?" he whispered in her ear. "Yes, yes I am!" she frantically whispered in return. He kissed her and took a hand full of her hair in his left hand as he positioned himself perfectly between her legs and proceeded in sliding within her. She let out a painful moan as he did so but he didn't stop. She let her deathly sharp nails sink into his back as she scratched him to keep herself from screaming out. Frank moaned in pain but it was nothing compared to the pleasure he was feeling. As he thrusted into her she lay helplessly still clawing at his back. The pleasure was overwhelming for Frank he felt as if he would come at any second but he wanted to make it good for her so he held back. After a few seconds Cynthia began to lift her hips to the rhythm of his thrusts making it all the more pleasurable for frank. As he felt himself about to come he gently tugged at her hair and she in return let her head arch back and he gently kissed then bit her chin. She moaned his name in ecstasy then he felt himself release sending shivers all over his body. He slowly let her hair go as he collapsed on her from exhaustion. He placed his head on her fragile chest, it felt as if it would cave in at any second but he didn't move. They both lay panting for what seemed an eternity until Cynthia said "Kiss me Frankie." He lifted his head from her chest and looked up at her shadow covered face and he smiled. He lifted himself up a bit and supported his weight on his elbows, then proceeded in giving her a long passionate kiss. "I love you" he whispered. Frank snapped out of his thoughts and realized that the set was over. As soon as he stepped off stage, he was greeted with open arms by Cynthia. He grabbed her and kissed her rubbed on her all of his sweat that had accumulated through out the set. She giggled and ran from him, gleefully yelling a bit as he chased her. Gerard watched from a distance and couldn't help look down at the ground in sorrow. Helena stood glaring up at the wretched house she once lived in. Erin waited patiently at her side but was still trembling a little; she must have shifted her feet a bit because a scratching sound abruptly cut through Helena's thoughts. She turned to look at the trembling girl and wrapped an arm around her making Erin flinch but she let herself be led towards the house. Helena felt her heart twist into a knot as she slowly approached the house. It appeared that no one was home but she continued towards it. Once at the door, Helena peered through the window but it was pitch black, she turned to Erin and said "Ok Erin I cant go with you. But if...he still lives here he should let you stay." Helena smiled a bit and continued. "Don't worry he'll protect you." Helena turned and commenced to walk away "Wait!" she heard Erin yell after her. "Please don't leaved me!" Erin continued as she began to sob. Her words were like a knife cutting through Helena's heart. She turned towards Erin once again and whispered "Erin this house holds to many awful memories....I can't...." Erin ran to Helena and dropped at her feet "please, please, please!" she pleaded as she buried her face in Helena's soiled dress. "I cant!" Helena said loudly. "Oh but please try! Don't leave me....everyone leaves me." Helena debated to herself for a few seconds as Erin continued to sob into her dress. "I cant leave this poor girl alone...as much as it kills me to see him I cant leave her...at least not yet." She placed a hand on the top of Erin's head running her fingers through her blond hair a bit and said "Alright I'll stay with you until you are settled in." "Oh thank you, thank you!" Erin franticly replied never lifting her head from Helena's dress. Erin slowly stood up with a little help from Helena and they both proceeded to walk towards the door. When they arrived Helena hesitantly rang the door bell. You could hear it loudly from the outside. Helena used her preternatural hearing to listen closely but nothing stirred. "No one's home" she whispered. Erin did not respond instead she wrapped her arms around herself to keep warm against the cold New Jersey breeze. Helena took hold of the door knob and surprisingly when she turned it, it gave way. "Unlocked? Why?" Helena thought to herself. Helena hesitantly walked in to the dark house, as soon as she was in her heart shattered and unwillingly tears started pouring out of her eyes. She turned to Erin and said "Go ahead and sit down. I'll be back in a minute." Erin nodded her head in approval and sat herself down on a nearby couch as she continued to quietly weep in the dark. Helena stood glaring at the closed door that led to her bedroom for a few minutes. She was pacing back and forth in her mind whether to enter or not until finally it became to much for her to handle and she fell to the floor weeping uncontrollably. She rocked back and forth like a mad woman as she sobbed in to her hands. "This house holds so many tears" she thought to herself. She then heard shuffling in the living room that eventually turned into foot steps. She soon realized that Erin was coming towards her but she in her misery ignored it and continued crying. "What happened in this house?" Erin asked from the end of the hall. "...My death" was all Helena could respond. "Was that your room?" Helena nodded her head as she continued to weep. She heard Erin approach her and then felt a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "What's your name?" Erin asked lovingly. "What does it matter?" Helena responded bitterly but not actually meaning to. "It matters to me" Erin said in a sad whisper. Helena turned to her and looked up at her; her sight glazed with the tears that still remained in her eyes. "Helena" she whispered then letting her eyes close, she felt two tears stream down her face. "...what are you?" Erin asked hesitantly. Helena wasn't shocked at the question and simply responded "The living dead..." just as she had said that she heard Erin turn the door knob and the door swung open. Helena shot her eyes open and in a fury stood up and yelled "How dare you" causing Erin to fall back on the floor terrified. Helena rushed out of the hall and out the front door and on to the edge of the side walk where she let herself fall and continued to weep. Just then she caught sight of Gerard's old home; his mothers home. It seemed so far way yet it wasn't. She then heard a car coming and turned her back to the house. She stayed there a few minutes, she could hear feet shuffling and things being pulled and put down on the ground. She ignored it as she continued weeping. When she finally calmed down a bit she stood up and walked back into the house. She went straight to her room, the door still lay open and Erin sat at the edge of her bed. As soon as Erin saw Helena she stood up quickly and commenced to apologize incoherently. Helena gestured her that it was ok and Erin immediately fell silent and sat herself back on the edge of the bed. A few minutes of silence passed by and Helena didn't budge from the entrance of the room. Erin finally accumulated the courage to speak and asked "What happened here?" Helena turned her attention to her and realized that she was pointing at the bed. She walked a few steps forward and saw that the bed was covered in blood and she instantly felt sick. "I died" she answered sadly. Helena walked further into the room and looked around realizing that everything was as it was the day she killed herself. She was puzzled "Why is there still blood? Why?" she asked herself. The smell of the dry blood filled her nostrils instantly making her nauseous. She took hold of a nearby dresser. Erin immediately shot up. "Are you ok?" she asked very concerned. Helena forcefully smiled at her and said "I'm fine." Helena couldn't take it despair filled her and she turned her back to the room facing the door. Silently she began to weep. As she wept she could hear Erin sit herself back on to the bed and whisper... "Helena are you alright?" "Erin could you give me a moment alone? Please?" Erin immediate stood up and responded "Yes of course." Helena Erin brush past her but Helena didn't bother to look up. Once she heard the click of the door closing she turned around and faced the room again. She could still feel tears rolling down her face. She approached the bed and stared at the blood stain once again. She felt herself about to puke but held back. She kneeled down beside the bed and pulled the covers back a bit. The blood stain was much bigger than it appeared. It was crusted and a horrible shade of brown, but she reached out and touched it. "Hello Helena." she turned around swiftly and standing before her was a man she did not recognize. "W-who are you?" she asked in astonishment as he smiled down at her. It took him awhile to answer and all the while Helena took in his features. He was a beautiful man, about six feet with long wavy hair to about his shoulders. He had the most piercing green eyes she had ever seen that were rimmed with heavily done black eyeliner. He was wearing tight dark blue jeans and a black button up shirt that had the sleeves rolled up just enough to expose some kind of tribal tattoo on his left arm. He was the most mesmerizing creature she had ever seen. Her immortal instincts instantly told her that he was not mortal although she could hear his strong heart beat; his long breaths and smell the blood flowing through his veins. If she didn't love Gerard so much she would have instantly fallen for this man. The mysterious man continued smiling down at her and outstretched a hand to help her up as he said "My name is Valo darling and I have come to help you." Helena in a daze took the man's hand and let herself be pulled up by him. "I don't understand" Helena managed to whisper as she stared into the man's beautiful green eyes. His smile grew a bit wider and said "I came to help you free yourself of Draven." Helena gasped as he said this "What do you mean? How? Why?" she asked frantically. "Please, please!" She begged as she felt her eyes glaze over with fresh tears. He swiftly took hold of her wrist and pressed her to his chest, she instinctively tried to pull away but he had her firmly held against his body. "Shh, Helena I won't hurt you on the contrary I want to help you." "Why?" Helena asked mesmerized at the deepness of his voice. "Let's go for a walk and I will explain everything." Helena looked up at him with mistrust. "Darling, come lets go we don't have much time. It'll dawn soon and you'll need to hide." Helena suddenly pushed her self off him terrified, "How did you know?" "Know what darling?" "...that I need to hide." She whispered letting her gaze fall to the floor as if ashamed at what she was. "There is no need to be ashamed sweetheart. I know what you are, how I know does not matter. Now let us leave. Come now." He said those last words as he placed a hand around her waist and led her out the room. As they reached the hall Valo paused and Helena turned back to look at him. "Darling you must change those soiled clothes, you look a mess." Helena looked down at herself then back at Valo. "I suppose your right." She said then proceeded back into her room. She tried vainly to not look at the blood stained bed and held her breath to not inhale the putrid smell of the rotted blood. She reached in to the closet and pulled out a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. Once she slipped into the clothes she was about to turn and exit the room once again but realized that none of Gerard's belongings were there. No clothes, no drawings, no pictures, no guitar, nothing. As she realized this it tore her heart open as if it weren't already. Helena ran out of the room unable to stand the thought that Gerard did not live there anymore and that he probably didn't know that at one point in his life this was his home...and his haven. The journey home felt longer to Gerard than the entire tour put together; he was lonely, depressed and an alcoholic. All he wanted to do is go back to Jersey and hide out in his basement forever, but he knew that couldn't happen. They only get to have a weeks rest before going into the studio to start recording their first record. "I guess it's an escape, heck maybe I'll even stop drinking." He thought as he could feel MCR's rickety old van swaying side to side as it drove down the road. The band was already in Jersey and were on their way to the Way house to drop off Gerard, Mikey and Torie. Gerard averted his gaze from the dark jersey streets to his brother. He looked so peaceful. Mikey had fallen asleep with Torie in his lap. Mikey had his head leaning against Tory's and her body was facing forward but she was leaning back on mikey fast asleep. Both were snoring a little and mikey had his mouth hanging open, drool about to come out. Gerard sniggered a bit but then heard Frankie and Cynthia talking lovey dovey to one another in the back. He rolled his eyes and tried vainly to fall back asleep. It wasn't that he was angry at the two on the contrary he approved and he knew they loved each other and deserved to be with each other but the loneliness was killing him. As they drove down the street Gerard opened his eyes since he wasn't asleep in the first place and instantly his heart began to beat rapidly as he realized that they were home. He missed his mother and couldn't wait to hug her and kiss her. As expected as soon as they were up the drive way the door of the house swung open and there stood his mother beaming out at them. Once everyone felt the van come to an abrupt halt everyone woke up and slowly climbed out of the old van. It took them a while to stretch out their sore limbs but were all happy to be home. Gerard ran up to his mother and gave her a great big hug and kiss but as he was hugging her he caught a glimpse of a woman sitting out on the curb and it seemed like she was crying. "Hey ma new neighbors?" Gerard asked. His mother turned and glanced "I guess so." She replied but immediately brushed past him to greet mikey and the rest of the band. Gerard stood there a while and continued watching the girl, he was very intrigued by her. Gerard was about to turn and go into the house when the girl stoop up and slowly almost sadly walked back into her home. He stood there for a few more seconds staring at the closed door that she had gone through fighting back the desire to go to her and see why she was crying. Suddenly he realized that he wanted to go to her...and hold her. "I'm a dumb ass!" he thought as he turned around said his goodbyes to the rest of the band and headed into the house. He lay awake almost the entire night thinking about that girl sitting in the street. She captivated him and she hadn't even glanced at him. "She seemed just as lonely as me....I want to meet her." He thought to himself and imagined their encounter until he finally drifted off to sleep. As Valo lead Helena out of the house he slipped a hand around her waist his touch made her shiver, although he was warm and had a strong heartbeat her instinct told her that he was immortal but he was not a vampire like she was. "What are you?" Helena asked still in a trance. He locked eyes with her as they made their way up the street. "Alright darling I don't have much time to explain, you will need to hide from the sun soon. So please just listen and I will answer any questions you like tomorrow night. Alright?" Helena registered what he said for a few seconds and then agreed. They continued walking, their destination was unknown but it did not matter. All Helena could think about is how to get Draven to leave her alone and to reunite with Gerard once again. "I am what I guess u can say...a fallen angel. I used to be a close friend of Draven's until I found out how he truly was. I know what he's capable of and I don't want you and Gerard to go through all the torment and torture that I and my dear Amelia went through. The beginning of our existence does not matter; all I can tell you is that when Draven was given the choice between good and evil...well I think you can guess what he picked. I being a loyal friend followed because I thought that we could prove them wrong and do good in our own way. It was only Draven and I that chose that path and it stayed that way for a long time. We were cast down into what we now call hell. It wasn't paradise but it was somewhere we could rule ourselves." Helena listened intently and continued walking at the same pace as Valo. He continued, "All I wanted was to be free and happy. But Draven began his revenge against..." Valo turned and looked at Helena and smiled. "God and it turned everything sour. Draven started going mad and began to fill humans minds with temptation and lust; something that was forbidden back then. He would provoke man kind to do evil things and god in turn would banish those humans into hell causing Draven to become all the more powerful. I stood to the side observing but never intervened or took place in his actions. After about a hundred years of living in hell with Draven I decided I didn't want to live there anymore. I told Draven but he paid no mind to me he had gone mad by then. I lived among the humans never revealing to them that I was a fallen angel, for about two hundred years until one day Amelia came to me." Valo paused and looked up at the sky. "I remember as if it were yesterday. But any who she came to me with a message from god. He offered me a deal that if I were to help him tame Draven and convince him to stop his revenge then I would be able to live in heaven and earth as long as I wished. It was a good deal and my dear Amelia was an angel and I would do anything to be with her. I said I would try but it was the worst thing I could do. As soon as I mentioned god to Draven he threw a fit and said that I had betrayed him and I would pay just like Him. It scared me but I didn't believe he would do anything to his only friend so I continued living on earth. Amelia and I did not hide our love for one another from god or Draven and it didn't seem to upset either one of them. We would spend our days on earth gazing and admiring the beauty of it all and at night we would go up to the heavens and watch the earth from above. It was pure bliss. Five wonderful years passed that way and in those five years I did not speak to Draven. Until one day Amelia did not come to me from above and I knew. I instantly knew that Draven had done something. I went to him and he showed me what he did to her, he made her immortal just as you are. He brought a young boy to her no more than thirteen years of age and he taunted her and teased her until....she sucked the life out of him. For that temptation she gave into, god punished her and banished her straight to hell. I was terribly sad for her but I saw it as a way to always be together but to my surprise she rejected me...and she married Draven. I was crushed. I hated her for it and I despised Draven. He took the love of my life and perverted her then took her as his bride. I would never have done that to her. She was beautiful and pure and he perverted her!" Valo clenched his teeth and his face became flushed it was obvious that he still despised Draven but the way he talked about Amelia was different. He still loved her. "Thousands of years have passed by. Some decades I lived in despair and others in solace but I have never been able to stop loving her. I returned to hell for a while, I told myself it was just because I had to see how it was now but deep down inside I knew I went simply to see my beautiful Amelia. That is when I met Gerard." he paused waiting for Helena's reaction and as he expected she went hysterical. "You met Gerard? How is he? Does he remember? Oh please tell me!" she clutched on to his shirt and began to pull him back and forth. He took her into his arms and rocked her. "Shh darling he's alright but unfortunately he does not remember a thing." Helena began to sob and Valo continued. "After my encounter with Gerard I stayed in hell for the following months until Amelia came to me and told me all that Draven was doing to you. She said she heard him talking to himself and said that he wanted Gerard for himself....and she also told me that she still loved me and that long ago he threatened to torture and make me burn in scorching flames for all eternity if she did not become his bride. Which is why she did it; it was not because she loved Draven and not me." Valo smiled a bit. "Amelia wants to help you. She doesn't want Draven to continue his torment on you. That is why I am here my darling, simply to help." Helena and Valo continued walking in perfect unison until they reach the cemetery gates where Helena usually lies during the day. "Darling rest and I will be here when you awaken. There is much to plan." Helena reluctantly said her goodbye to the gorgeous man and entered the cemetery to bury herself in darkness until the sun goes into the earth and the moon rises once again. Helena laid herself to sleep excitedly and without a worry all she thought about was Gerard and the defeat of Draven. She thought of it as if it were the simplest thing in the world but she was unaware that while she slept some one else might come between her and her happiness with Gerard. Gerard awoke late the next day, his limbs still sore from the long hours of touring but he was determined to meet that girl that he saw late last night. He didn't know if she was taken but he didn't care all he wanted was someone to fill the void in his heart. Someone to hold... Gerard hopped out of bed and took a quick shower and got ready. He put on the best clothes he had which weren't very nice, it was a simple outfit. A black button up shirt and some faded brown Dickies and to put the cherry on top he added some converse and eyeliner. Not satisfied at his appearance he exited the house and quickly found himself before the house. The house he had no idea was once his. His heart began to race and for some reason the word "home" kept on echoing inside his head until finally he approached the door and shakily rang the door bell. He quickly tossed his hair a bit to make it messy as if the ladies were attracted to that. He could hear shuffling inside and a woman's voice call out "Who is it?" he excitedly said "Gerard I live a few houses up" "Um, I'm not sure if I should let you in!" said the hesitant voice of the girl, but that didn't shatter Gerard's plan. "Well then why don't you come out here?" he offered. A few seconds passed by and she responded "Oh...um...alright." The door slowly almost eerily opened and Gerard held his breath. The person that Gerard was NOT expecting walked out of the house and Gerard in a confused and disappointed state rudely let his breath go. She smiled at his imprudence and stared at him with amazed eyes. "Hi" she dreamily said. "Oh, um, hi" Gerard responded "does someone else live here with you?" Erin looked back into the house and hesitantly said "No...well not anymore." A sly sadistic smile spread across her face and she said "come on in if you'd like." Gerard smiled and immediately accepted. As he stepped inside the house he saw that a skinny man was sitting on the couch with his legs crossed and he had a big scary smile spread across his face. "Oh...I'm sorry am I interrupting?" Gerard asked as he turned to the blond girl. She smiled at him and said "No not at all, sit down if you like." Gerard looked at the couch hesitantly and shook his head, he felt totally and utterly uncomfortable. "This was a mistake. I shouldn't have came." He thought. "Um I think I should go. I actually have a lot of things to do. I'll talk to you later" He said to the girl. Her smile turned to disappointment and as he tried to walk away he heard the man say. "Gerard, don't play coy. You have absolutely nothing planned for the day. Stay." It sounded more like a command than an actual request. The tone of voice upset Gerard so he turned to the man and angrily said "Excuse me?" "You heard me" replied the man as he smirked. "Oh Gerard calm down, all we are asking is for you to stay a little longer. Please don't disappoint us." The man's smirk changed to a slight pout. Gerard felt forcefully attracted to the man. His head was torn between liking the man and being totally weirded out by him. "I don't think so" Gerard said and he quickly turned to leave but something quickly blocked him. Gerard was astonished to see the man towering before him. "Oh Gerard" said the man as he gently caressed Gerard's cheek. Gerard terrified at the fact that the man had moved so quickly, frantically pushed his hand away and tried running past him but found himself helplessly bound...by nothing. He couldn't move or speak, just stare wide eyed and in horror at the pair that stood before him smiling. Valo walked around the city for about an hour before Amelia came to him. She secretly crept up to him from the shadows embracing him from behind. "Hello sweet heart" Valo immediately said without even having to turn and look at her. "Aw poo! How did you know it was me?" she asked innocently. He smirked and turned to her and lovingly embraced her in a kiss. She giggled against his lips and when he let go she said, "I missed you too." Valo sighed, "Darling what's wrong?" Valo turned his back to her and sorrowfully responded "Amelia darling, I don't think we can help them. Draven is much to powerful, he'll kill us all...I don't want to lose you" "Valo! How can you speak like that. Don't you realize that I am not only trying to help them but also ourselves. It kills me that we have to meet in the shadows." She took hold of his arm and pulled him so he would face her. "Don't you want to walk freely hand in hand with me?" "Yes of course darling, I do. I love you." "Then stop with this nonsense, if Draven defeats us then at least we'll know that Helena and Gerard never stopped loving each other just like we didn't. If it is in vain well then it was in vain but we will never know if we don't try." Valo embraced her and whispered in her hair "Your always such an angel. My angel." Amelia sighed and said. "Oh Valo. I'm a broken angel, I'm forsaken!" "No, no darling. He loves you but he couldn't allow you to continue in heaven, he couldn't betray his words." He heard her whimper before she responded "I curse Draven for the pain, for separating me from you for so long. I love you Valo, I love you." "As do I darling." He took hold of her hand and they walked around the park watching the sunrise. They walked in silence not speaking of what they planned to do but they both could not stop thinking about it, when abruptly Valo turned to Amelia and said "I've got it!" "You've got what darling?" Amelia asked confused. "You are of the same blood as Helena the only difference is that Draven allows you to walk the day." "Yes? And?" she asked still a bit confused. "Allow Helena to feed from you. Allow her to walk the day. It would help immensely." Amelia thought of what Valo said for a few seconds and replied "Darling you are absolutely right, it would keep us a step ahead of Draven. I heard him talking to his mistress Erin yesterday and he commanded her to help him get close to Gerard. He will probably do this during the day but if Helena is around it'll spoil his plans. It's perfect!" with that decided they headed towards the cemetery to wake Helena from her dreams. They shortly arrived before the cemetery gates. The sun was already beaming down on the graves giving everything an eerie glow. The statues and gargoyles seemed to be alive, ready to lash out at any moment. Amelia took hold of Valo's hand firmly as he pushed the cemetery gates open. She turned to him and couldn't help think that he looked heavenly in the early morning glow. "Darling, where does she lie?" Amelia asked. Valo looked around and immediately pointed to a black marble mausoleum that stood in the far left corner of the cemetery. He looked down at her as they both felt very uneasy about the situation. "Darling?" "Yes?" Valo responded. "I have a bad feeling about this. What if my blood doesn't work?" Valo felt her slender hand trembling in his. He felt just as uneasy as she did they would risk so much if this didn't work. They would kill Helena and they would probably lose their opportunity to be together. "Darling it'll work....it'll work." He tried his best to hide the fear in his voice and for the first time in centuries he prayed to god to help him and guide him. When they reached the mausoleum they both gave each other an uneasy look and Valo took the first step forward never letting Amelia's hand go. "Wait" she quickly said "I should go in first. At the first sign of light she will awaken and attack. It is in her nature." Valo nodded in comprehension and lifted her hand and helped her forward. She turned towards him and kissed him sweetly. "Darling whatever you hear stay out. I don't know if you would survive her attack. As soon as I step in close the door immediately. We can't risk letting the sun in and killing her before she feeds from me." Valo nodded once again and embraced her. "Are you sure you want this Amelia?" he asked hesitantly. "Yes Valo. It's the only way. Remember keep away. What ever you hear keep away." He slowly let her go and she warmly placed a hand on his cheek and smiled at him. He in return nudged his face into her hand and kissed it. "I love you" they both whispered in unison. Amelia turned towards the mausoleum and placed a hand on the heavy door. She turned back and looked to Valo before letting out a long sigh and pushing on the door open. She immediately entered the mausoleum and Valo took hold of the door and closed it quickly. He took two steps back and heard Amelia slide open the heavy lid of the porcelain coffin. A loud hissing shriek followed and he heard Amelia cry out in pain. He could hear them struggling and hitting the walls. He placed a hand on the mausoleum door fighting the urge to run in and stop them. Not even thirty seconds passed before all was still and silent once again. He knew it was over, with his trembling hand he pushed open the mausoleum door ... As he entered he saw Helena crumbled into a ball in the corner. She had her hands wrapped around her head as if that would shield her from the sun and her body trembled in harsh convulsions. He heard a faint moan on the other side of the coffin and he darted to Amelia's side. Helena had torn a big chunk of Amelia's neck out and Amelia didn't seem to be healing. The gaping wound seemed to endlessly pour out blood. "Oh darling this was a bad idea! Such a bad idea!" Valo yelled as he took her bloody head into his hands and cried for her. She smiled up at him and said "Do not fret my dear. I will be alright; the wound is just taking a little longer than usual to heal because I fed many hours ago. But do not fret I will be fine." "Amelia what do I do? How can I help?" "You cannot darling we have to wait it out. Check on Helena, see if our plan worked. Go on I wi |
