Livie's POV

It was winter recess and I was currently in high school. Yea I always thought about Gerard coming back but if he did it wouldn't be that big of a deal to me. I mean we were friends we hung out. At one point I was crushing on him but that's all there ever was a crush. Then he left last summer. So I wasn't really affected by it. To think the next time I saw him nothing new would happen man am I in for a rude awakening.

*ring ring* I ran to go pick up the phone. "Hello" On the other end I heard an unexpected voice "Watup! Livie!" Gerard screamed in my ear. "OMG Gee. Wow why are you calling me?" I asked. "Well I thought that you would want to hang out since I'm in New Jersey but I understand. I guess I'll go then" I knew he was joking. "No Gee you know I love ya! I just can't believe you're here. So where do you wanna go?" I guess my reply cheered him up "Yea! Ok maybe we could call Ray and Jessica then we could all just hang out. You know like old times. Maybe stop by Annie's to see if she's there with Bob." He said eager to see his old friends again. I was eager to see him for some reason. I just couldn't believe he was back. "Yea sounds good. So just meet me in front of Jessica's house I already know she's with Ray. Ok." You could tell I was excited by my voice. "Ok I'll see you there bye."

After that he hung up and called Jessica and Annie to tell the what's the deal. 15 minutes later we was all in front of Jessica's house just chatting. Although I kept glancing at Gerard when he wasn't looking. There was something different about him. I couldn't put my finger on it but it made me look at him differently. I was snapped out of my daze when Ray yelled. "So! Let's go somewhere." I quickly shook my head and said " Let's go to the park we haven't went there in a while maybe it could bring back some good memories." Everyone agreed on it and we were off. By the time we got there it was already dark. It was fun reminiscing. All of us being together. Just something was still different. I shouldn't think about that now. "Hey guys me and Ray will be right back we're going to go for a walk," Jessica yelled back as she was walking away with Ray. "Don't forget to use protection!" Gerard yelled back. They just laughed and kept on walking.

"Well me and Bob aren't going to wait so when they come back just come to my place bye!" Annie also left. "Wait don't leave me all alone I'm scared!" I yelled back sarcastically. "Don't worry you got Gee to protect you." Bob said. I just sighed and walked back over to the swings where Gerard was and sat down. "So it's just me and you now" I said. "Hey Livie remember we use to have those swing races to waste time?" He said as he turned his head to me. "Yea" I started smiling and got my swing ready. "Ready. Set. Go!" we both yelled it at the same time. I was swinging as fast as I can. "Ha I win of course," Gerard said in his cocky voice. "You only won cause you cheated!" I yelled back. "Really?" he said with a cheesy grin on his face. "Yea really" I smiled right back at him. He started coming closer, which really got me nervous. "You sure" He said still smiling. My face got more serious as I nodded.

"Hey did we interrupt something!" I heard Jessie (Jessica) yell. I immediately turned my attention to her. Although I wasn't paying attention to her. What would've happen if she never came. I should just forget this ever happened. I snap out of my daze and remember I had to tell Jessie something. "Oh yea by the way Jessie Annie said to meet her at her place." They all looked at me confused. "Uh yea Gee just said that not even a minute ago. Are you ok Liv?" Jessie said laughing, "Yea I'm fine let's go. It's to cold to stand out here in the middle of winter." After that we was off. Not much happened there just movies and talking. I just had this weird feeling for Gerard. I shouldn't since I have a boyfriend who should be calling me soon. He hasn't called me in a while I'm starting to get annoyed. You know what I'm tired I'm just going to get some sleep.

"Livie! Livie!" I heard someone yelling my name it got very annoying so I just decided I should just wake up. "What..." I opened my eyes to see who it is. "..Mom." She had a frustrated look on her face. "The phone" She handed me the phone and I was hoping it was Quinn finally calling. "Hello" I said Sleepily "Hi!!!" Never mind it was Gerard. "Hey Gee what's up." I was still trying to wake myself up. "So you're coming out today Liv?" He sounded like he was in a good mood as always. "Well I-" I was quickly interrupted "It doesn't matter you're coming out whether you like it or not! Meet me at the park in a hour!" *Click* before I had a chance to protest he hung up. Should really go to the park with him I hope he called the others and told them to come. I got in the shower and quickly got ready and was off to the Park. Man I hope nothing happens today with Gerard I don't know what I would do if I cheated on Quinn.

Chapter 2- A Walk in the Park

Quinn's P.O.V. I decided to surprise Livie and visit. Her mom told me she should be at the park. I saw Livie on a swing by herself. I sneak up behind her and cover eyes. "Who is this" she began to laugh. "Gerard I know it's you. You could let go." Gerard? Who's that? "Who's Gerard?" I let go of her and look at her with a questioned look. She turned around and looked somewhat surprise. " Oh! Quinn what are doing here?" She said quickly "I came to visit who's Gerard?" I ask again. "Oh no one I was just supposed to meet him and some others here. I'm sorry I didn't think you were coming. I mean you haven't called in a week and I-" I quickly cut her off. "Shhh. It's okay. It's just you and me now." I lean in closer and peck her on the lips. I leaned in again but harder this time parting her lips just enough to let my tongue slip in. Now this is how I like it. I'll get laid in no time.

Gerard's POV

I walk over to the park to see Livie but she's with a guy with blonde hair. He's probably her boyfriend. I turn on my heel to walk the other way when I heard Livie Call me. "Gee! Gee! Over here I want you to meet somebody." I walk over slowly hoping the word boyfriend wouldn't come out her mouth unless my name was in there with it. "I like you to meet my boyfriend Quinn." Fuck. I wave over to him. "So you must be Gerard huh?" Quinn said giving me a cold look. " The one and only." I reply back to him. " You know me and Liv have been going out for 5 months." He pulled Liv close to him and smiled at her. "How interesting" I was trying my best to keep a fake smile on my face. " So Liv do want to go to a movie now that I'm here today" Quinn asked her. "Great but Gee has to come. I promised him we would hang out today." Liv gave Quinn her best puppy dog face. " Great! The more the merrier. Come on Gerard let's hit the movies."

Liv's POV

Gerard and Quinn seem to be getting along better then expected. I knew things would turn out fine. "Liv! Come here can I talk to you for a second." I walk over to Quinn to see what's wrong. "I don't like that kid get rid of him." Quinn looked back at Gerard with disgust. "What Gerard? You two seem to get along fine." I said with confusion in my voice. " His eyes are burning holes through you. You belong to me not him!" I got furious and raised my voice. "Look I don't belong to anyone and especially not you." Quinn face also got furious. "Don't raise your voice at me you little slut!" Gerard quickly rushes to my side "Listen! Don't fucking talk to her like that!" Quinn looked at both of us and backed up. "You know what I hope you two are fucking happy together. I'm out of here. All this isn't worth it just to get you in bed." Before he walked away I yelled " Get the fuck out of here Quinn! It's over!" Quinn just walked away and was eventually out of sight.

When I couldn't see him anymore I just broke down in tears and fell to the floor. Gerard came down with me. "Shhh. It's okay. I'm so sorry. This is my fault. I'm so sorry." He soothed me running his fingers through my hair. I couldn't sit here like this. I have to be stronger then this. I got up and looked at Gerard and I noticed what was different about him. He looked so pure. He's changed. If I would've known any better if this was last year he's probably laugh. "I just want to go home now." I said in a voice barely audible. "I'll walk you." He replied back. The walk back to my house was silent. When we got to the front of my house we stopped. I gave him a kiss on his cheek and walked into my house. I went straight to my room and put The Cure on as loud as I can. They always cheer me up when I'm down. And just stood in bed and cried.

Chapter 3- Just Run

few days later

Livy's POV Ever since that day I haven't left my house. I wasn't really in the mood. Gerard use to call and try to cheer me up. It worked for a little while. Gerard and me got closer. He's practically my best friend. The only one I do talk to about well anything. Well today school starts again. I'm getting ready like I do every morning. Wearing the school uniform. Oh how I hated this thing. I walked to school by myself every morning. Today was different. I walked out my door to see Gerard sitting on my porch. "Hey! I don't want to walk alone so you are being forced to walk with me." He said stomping his foot on the ground. "Okay" I said laughing. I was glad he was there. It gets kind of lonely walking alone. I didn't want to walk with the others because I felt like the fifth wheel. Maybe going back to school wouldn't be that bad.

"So are you feeling better yet." Gerard asked me with concern in his voice. "Yea, I need to move on. He's not worth all of this. So does anyone know you're back except for the others and me?" I asked him "No, I decided to surprise every one." He replied. "Well here we are. We go our separate ways." He gave me a funny look. "Remember me and Annie are in the 10th grade not the 11th." I reminded him. "Oh yea bye babe." Babe? Hey I can live with it.

School went by very quick today. I was already walking home. Gerard was nowhere to be found. Well I always walk home alone anyway. Today won't make a difference. I started walking when I saw Gerard across the street with some people. He was with Bert and those assholes. It's not like Bert was a jock or anything. He was just an asshole. I wonder how him and Gerard were getting along. Well I didn't want to find out so I just quickened my pace. I heard someone calling my name from behind. I knew it was Gerard but I just walked quicker. I finally got to my house. I ran up to room and closed the door. Hiding, hoping Gerard wouldn't come and ask me why I didn't answer. I hope he didn't ask me why I don't like Bert. Oh god, I just hate thinking about it.

Flashback "Well lookie here, it's the killer's sister." I heard someone say from behind me. "Fuck you Bert! My brother isn't a killer." He looked at me with an amused look and began laughing. "Really? If he's not a killer then why is he in jail? I saw him do it myself. I saw him stab her Liv. With my own eyes." My eyes swelled up with tears. I didn't believe. He's a fucking liar. Why can't he just shut up? "Just.." It was hard for me to talk. "What was that?" He waited for my reply "Just... Just shut up!!" After that I ran off. Ran out of the school. I don't know where I was running. I just ran.

Flashback end

Run. Run nowhere. That's what I do when I'm scared. "Liv what's wrong with you when we're in school you just ignore me but when we're not you're my best friend." I saw Gerard standing above me angry. "When I get scared I just run" I said and ran out my room and then out the house. I never know where I'm running. I always have a hard time getting back. I was to scared to stop. I was to scared to talk or even look at him. I can't let them see me cry. I hate crying in front of people. It was my biggest weakness. I stopped running and ended up in a field I never saw before. I just layed in the field and caught my breath. Hoping no one saw me. "I wish I could just fade away." I said out loud. "That's fine with me. As long as I can come with." I heard a familiar voice and looked up. It was him. How did he find me? I ran! He layed beside me and I rested my head on his chest. "I ran how did find me." I asked. He picked up his head to look at me and just smiled and put his head back down. Maybe words would just ruin everything. I'll just be quiet.

Chapter 4- The Hotel

Livie's POV

I woke up in my bed by myself. Maybe it was all a dream. No it was too real. Then what was that about? If he mentions it then I'll ask. I looked at the clock. "9:30" shit I'm late. Where are my parents? I got out of bed and walked downstairs to see a note waiting for me on the kitchen table.

Dear Liv, Your father and me are going on vacation for the next two weeks. Sorry such short notice. Be good. No boys in the house. ;)

Well I guess their gone. I'm going to stay home today then. I go back up to my room and fall back asleep.

What felt like a few hours later I was woken up by rocks at my window. I go to see who it is and it's Gerard with Bert, and Frank. Man Frank looks so small compared to them but what was Bert doing there? I open my window. "Can Livie come out to play?" Frankie said in a girlish voice. "Liv come on. We're going to a show tonight. We're going to see The Casualties!" Kevin yelled. "Ok whatever. I'll open the door so you and Frank can come in, you and Frank only. I went downstairs to open the door quickly and ran back up to get ready quickly. Oh god I have a bad feeling about tonight.

Gerard's POV

I waited downstairs with frank and Bert outside doing stupid shit through the window. Man I hope I could get Bert and her to get along today. I don't know, I have a good feeling about today. Finally Livie came down the stairs. Man she's amazing. I looked at my watch and it said 7:45. "Well let's go then." I say as I start walking out and Frank and Liv follow. "Shotgun!" I hear Bert yell then jump in the front seat. Well at least Bert and liv didn't have to sit together without supervision. We got there in 10 minutes and the show started at 8. Just on time.

Livie's POV

We finally got into the venue. The ride there was just an awkward silence. "I'm going to go get something to drink Gerard." I say getting ready to walk away. "Let's all go. I know I'm thirsty." Gerard says. They all follow. The point was to get rid of Bert. Everyone just gets a soda. To young to drink. "I'm gonna go hit the potty guys. Watch my drink and I finally get away."

Bert's POV

Haha. She's hotter then I thought. I'll have her by the end of the night. All I need is a little of this. I pulled out a pill and slipped it into her drink. Does Gerard think he could have her all to himself? He needs to share.

Livie's POV

I walk back to the bar and take a sip of my drink. Taste weird. Nah I'm just going crazy.

"After the show"

Gerard's POV

Wow they became friends alright. They're all over each other. Not that I care of course. That thing happened the other day because I felt bad so I went to go look for her. Yeah, that's why it happened. "Let's rent a hotel guys," Liv yells from ahead. "Whatever my parents don't really care if I'm home." I reply back. From there Bert and Liv disappeared into the hotel and got us rooms. I see her getting ready to go in a room with Bert when I grab her. "Ok Liv that's enough for the night." I said pulling her away. "Gee get off I can handle myself." She yelled I back I let go and she left into the room with Bert. Oh god this is bad.

Livie's POV

I walked into the room and sat on the bed. "Man you're cooler then I thought." He just smiled and came closer. Whoa a little to close. He leans in to kiss me and I push him away lazily. I was still lightheaded from the show. "Bert, No." I said weakly. "Shhh. Just let me do it." Bert said kissing me and lifting up my shirt. "Bert no stop please." I kept pushing him away but I wasn't strong enough. He layed me down on the bed and climbed on top of me. "Bert Stop. We can't do this." I said attempting to push him off. I started feeling really dizzy and tired. I was to tired to anything. Bert lifted off my shirt and began kissing my neck. That's when I finally woke up from what felt like a trance.

"No! What are you doing get off!" I screamed and began hitting him. "Stop! Shut up!" He screamed. "No! Please!" The more I struggled the tighter his grip would get on me. He continued kissing me. I kept fighting and kicked him in the groin. He rolled off and I ran. Forgetting my shirt. This time I knew where I was running. I ran to the room next door.

I ran in and jumped to Gerard and just held him. To scared to let go. Please don't let him come. Please. First Quinn now him. Tears streamed down my face. I didn't bother to wipe them off. I just watched the door to see if Bert would come through it. Gerard didn't do anything but hold me. He made me feel safe. He made me feel safe from the world. I never wanted to leave. "Hey Babe. Did Bert do this to you?" He whispered softly in my ear I just nodded. "Do you know where your shirt is?" He whispered again. I shook my head. He slowly pulled me off and gave me one of his shirts to wear. "Sit here I'll be right back. I'm gonna check if Bert's still in his room. Okay?" I nodded my head again.

Gerard's POV

I quickly left the room. I went to Bert's room to see he wasn't there. Then I went to the lobby and the owner said no one has checked out the only place Bert could be is... Oh fuck! I left the door opened. I ran upstairs to find the door closed. I bang on the door. "Livie!!" I screamed "Livie!!"

Chapter 5- Trying to Recover

Gerard's POV

I continued to bang on the door until Livie came bursting out the door. "What Happened!" she said looking scared. I looked at her confused. "Bert's not in there?" I asked her pointing towards the room. "No." she replied back. "That's why I locked the door." She said talking to me as if I was a child. "Well let's get out of here and get you home. Come on frank we're leaving!" I yelled. "O yea Frank went home. He told me he was leaving when you was looking for Bert." She said. "Oh, then let's just go then if anything Bert would handle the bill." I said pulling her out of the hotel. I got in the car and drove her home. I went inside the house to call my house. I told her I was crashing at Bert's place. "So are you ok Liv?" I asked looking if she got any bruises. "I'm fine. Gee where is that field that you found me at a few days ago." She asked me. "Why you wanna go?" She nodded her head. "Then I'll take you."

Narrator POV

They walked out the house and back into Gerard's car. He drove about 10 minutes before they got there. Livie got out the car and as soon as she saw the field she ran in and fell to the floor and just rested. "I always wanted to come here. Just to look at the stars. It's so beautiful and pure." Livie said with an amazed look in her face. Gerard layed next to her and leaned over to look at her. "Liv, come her." She lifted her body up half way and look towards Gerard. "Yea Gee?" she asked. "Closer." He ordered her. She obeyed. She kept going closer and began to close her eyes until she felt snow fall on her nose and looked up. "It's snowing." She got up and spun. "I love the snow!" She yelled. Gerard got up also with a disappointed look. "So you wanna go back home before you get sick?" Gerard asked. "Let's go home." He led her back to the car. "You know you can't just forget about what happened today." Gerard said.

"I know but I don't really wanna talk about it ok?" Gerard nodded his and started driving back to the house. The car ride was silent. He stopped in front of her house. "I'm sorry." He said to her with a sympathetic look. "Don't be. Crash on my couch tonight." She demanded and left to car to head to her house. He got out the car and followed. They both got into the house. "I'm gonna go to the bathroom I'll be right back." Gerard nodded as Livie walked way. He looked around the living room for the remote but couldn't find it. He decided to try to go ask Livie. He went to go knock on the bathroom door but before he could knock he heard something coming from there. He heard sniffling. He opened the door to see Livie's left arm covered in blood.

Gerard POV

When I saw all the blood I froze. I was scared. "I'm so sorry Gee." She said as tears flowed down her cheeks. "No!" I Screamed I grabbed any piece of cloth I saw and wrapped it around her arm. "Liv why. Please don't do this. I love you too much to lose you. Don't let Bert do this to you. Please." I tried to get her to go to her room but as soon as she got up she collapsed to the floor. So I picked her up and ran up the stairs. When I got to her room I layed her on the bed. "Please babe, don't do this." Tears were falling from my face at this point. "It numbs the pain but just for a little while." She said weakly. "Come on be strong. You have to promise me you won't do this again Liv. If next time I'm not there and this happens you'll die. You won't be able to go see the stars anymore." I said rubbing her hair and getting in bed with her. "Promise me Liv. Please." I said still staring at her intently. "I'm so sorry Gee. I promise I won't do it again I'm so sorry." She put her head in my chest and began to cry her eyes out. Eventually she cried herself to sleep, as did I.

Livie's POV

I was awoken by a loud sound that sounded like Jessie. "Livie Livie bo bivy fe fi fo fivy banana wanna do divvy LIVIE!!!" I heard her bust into my room. "What the hell!" Jessie yelled. I jumped up quickly as did Gerard with me. "What's wrong with you screaming like that?" I yelled. "So you guys hooked up! Haha I knew it!" Jessie yelled again and I try to cover my ears this time. "No it's not what it looks like. We didn't do anything. I swear. He was just worried." I defended myself. "Whatever you say and I'm Michael Jackson well I guess I'll leave you guys alone. Bye!" I fell back into the bed tired from the night before. "Can I go back to sleep now?" I look over to Gerard to find he's already asleep so I fall right back into my slumber.
